Ein schönes Hotel schließt den Flughafen in einer kleinen Stadt mit ein paar Bars. Der Bus hält direkt draußen für die 15-minütige Fahrt nach Bilbao. Mein Zimmer war ein Doppelzimmer und es war sehr komfortabel. Der Aircon funktionierte nicht, so war es ziemlich heiß. Ich war mit zwei Freunden und nur einer von uns hatte Aircon. Das Einzelzimmer. Das Hotel hatte eine Bar, aber kein Restaurant, das Sie nur sehr grundlegende Pizza haben konnte. Es ist gut wert, wenn Sie in der Nähe des Flughafens bleiben oder in der Nähe von Bilbao ohne die extortionierten Hotelpreise dort sein wollen.

Stayed one night only - unfortunately very poor value for money and would not recommend. Stayed in a 6 bedroom dorm, very limited space, I was in lower bunk 1F which I would not recommend as it is directly next to the bathroom door. Unable to use assigned locker as no space to open door without compromising personal space of other people. Worst hostel stay over past 10 days - checked out and found cheaper, better hostel elsewhere in Bilbao. Check in host allowed me to stay in common area in advance of formal check in which is only reason this rates a 2, not a 1. Also just one ensuite toilet / shower not adequate for 6 people in the morning, so otherwise have to go downstairs in common area if you need to use bathroom.

Bin dieses Jahr zum dritten mal in diesem Hotel, der Qualitätsstandard ist konstant sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage nahe am Fluss bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung, es gibt Restaurants, es sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles zu Fuss erreichbar. 10-15 Gehminuten zum Guggenheim-Museum und 50 Meter zur Bushaltestelle.

Selten in einem so stimmigen Hotel abgestiegen! Wir waren für drei Tage im Vincci Bilbao und es war toll. Auch die Nähe zum Guggenheim und der Blick dorthin von der Hotelterrasse waren super. Standardzimmer war groß genug, es war leise - sowohl zum Flur im Hotel als auch zur Straße -, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Tolle Aufteilung. Matratzen super, Wlan auch. Frühstück im Hotel war klasse, alles da und es wurde immer neu aufgelegt. Eierspeisen wurden vom Koch frisch zubereitet nach Wunsch. Tolle kleine süße Stückchen und Obst. Sehr leckerer Kaffee. Die Lobby ist sehr einladend, das Restaurant ist auch einen Besuch wert; es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Die Bar hat auch eine große Auswahl an Getränken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es gab wirklich nichts negatives und wir würden sofort wieder dorthin fahren.

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage am Fluss. Die Altstadt und das Guggenheim-Museum sind in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Standard-Zimmer ist mit 20 m² nicht besonders gross, aber mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Preis in Höhe von € 18,90 für das Frühstück erschien uns etwas hoch, und daher haben wir stets ausserhalb des Hotels gefrühstückt.

The apartment has a very excellent location. It has a mini market under it until 11 p.m. and restaurants. It is close to tourist attractions and a beautiful and safe area. The security system in the building is excellent, there is Wi-Fi. The interior design of the apartment is beautiful, modern and comfortable Spacious, clear, and clean, and the weekly cleaning service is good. All basic needs are available, including a dishwasher, clothes, utensils, cleaning tools in the apartment, and all household essentials. Its price is a little high, but for its location it is excellent

We were a family of three and got the studio apartment. We stayed for 5 nights and were overall very happy. The people at reception were extremely helpful and nice, Ingrid - if I remember her name correctly- was especially welcoming. They have 24 hour reception and check in and check out was very smooth and easy. They also reply to WhatsApp messages during working hours. The apartment had everything you needed and good cupboard space, iron, small kitchenette, nice sized bathroom with good lighting, daily cleaning service, comfortable beds, ... The location was a three minute walk from the Zubizuri bridge and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Numerous restaurants and cafes and supermarkets were a minute or two away. I greatly recommend this hotel/apartment especially for families. The only thing I wish could be was a cheaper price. It was a bit pricey but I would go again for sure.

- The hostel was really nice but… our reservation was for a standard room for 8 people. We were travelling with 7 people so we thought we would be able to sleep in the same room. When we arrived they told us they split the people who reserved the rooms as they like. Resulting in 6 people of our group in the same room and one girl who had to sleep alone in an another room with 7 other random people. We told them and showed them multiple times that according to our reservation (and according to our conformation mail) we reserved a room for 8 people. We also told them that it wasn’t right to advertise the room as if we would be placed in the same chamber and then separate us into a room of 6 and one person who had to sleep alone. The only solution they offered us was putting a separate matras on the floor. So my advise would be: you can absolutely stay in this hostel but keep in mind that there is a big possibility that you will be separated from your traveling buddies without getting an advance notice.

Die Lage ist gut, es fühlt sich an wie ein altes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit einem starken baskischen Design. Ich wohne in einer Suite mit großen Zimmern, schöner Aussicht und einer Garage unter der Erde. Die Zimmer sind vielleicht nicht neu genug, aber sie sind gut gepflegt. Gehen Sie neben dem Park 5 Minuten zum Baskenmuseum und 10 Minuten zum Guggenheim. Ich empfehle.
