Wir haben uns ein paar Tage im Hotel untergebracht und wir waren sehr nett, das sehr aufmerksam und angenehmen Personal, das Hotel sehr aufmerksam und ruhig. Wir haben eine halbe Pension und es war alles richtig, sie haben ein sehr komplettes Menü, wo Sie zwischen den ersten 5 und etwa 5 Sekunden wählen können, alles, was wir fordern war sehr reich und die Rationen mehr als richtig. Die beiden Kellner, die uns beim Abendessen betreut haben, waren sehr schnell, uns zu dienen und uns zu verändern, die Gerichte nichts mehr zu Ende, sehr aufmerksam, wir fühlen uns fast wie zu Hause, vor allem der junge Junge, immer mit einem Lächeln, insgesamt, Sehr professionelle. Die meisten Gemüse-Tassen, die wir am meisten gefallen haben: Gemüse-Gyosas, Tacos de cochinita (sie sind unterschiedlich, haben einen Touch wie Lime, aber sehr reich), und die Rindfleisch-Bohnen in Weinsaft (dieser Saft ist unglaublich). Außerdem können Sie zwischen Mehl- oder Maisbrot wählen, das letztere mit Samen, sehr gut. Sie können direkt an der Tür oder beim Ausfahren parken, neben der Straße, die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind groß, wir verpassen einen Schrank oder etwas, um Handtücher zu hängen, auch in der Dusche etwas, um den Schaum oder Gel zu setzen. Die einzige Pleite, die wir anlegen können, war das Bett, das uns alles geklaut hat, übrigens, ich empfehle es 100%, es ist schade, dass wir nicht mehr hier sein konnten. Wenn wir zurück in die Gegend gehen, werden wir uns sicher wieder dort unterhalten.

This hotel has so much potential. Great location. Nice ocean views from one side of the hotel- Mountain View’s from the other. It lacks a little love and attention. First off, if you are a spa person this is not the typical spa you might be expecting. The “spa” is basically a glassed off area on the other side of the indoor pool with mediocre sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Oh and you have to pay to use it. Kinda strange. You also need a swim cap. Fitness room, again, lots of potential! Huge room and plenty of equipment. Very dated though. I tried the rowing machine and the straps were broken and the machine was old, hard to use. They also have a sign that says to wipe down equipment. I found 2 spray bottles of something in the corner of the room with a used rag. Not exactly the ideal if they are worried about hygiene. The breakfast- lots of potential but lacking quality. The fruit table is wonderful and so is the coffee! However, there are no nice jams or homemade anything. There were scrambled eggs one morning and sunny side up eggs another but they were doused in oil. Plenty of cold cut meats and sliced cheese. The room- basic. Bed was comfortable. They don’t really use the outside terrace that has a lovely view. They could have breakfast tables set up out there with umbrellas and nice outdoor furniture to sit in and have a cocktail but it’s just empty space with some light square tables and chairs. (Missed opportunity). Could be fabulous if they had a great breakfast, made use of the terrace, updated the gym and did something with the “spa”, or simply don’t call it a spa. Decent 3 star hotel.
