It was our 5th time in this hotel. We have been very loyal to them for all these years but this time we were disappointed with all the changes they had made. The rooms were renovated and now there is a glass door in the bathroom that doesn't close. If you are staying by yourself it is alright but if you're with your family/friends it is extremely uncomfortable. The quality of the food went down. We stayed for 10 days and during this time paella had uncooked rice 3 days in a row. Also potatoes were not cooked properly for these 3 days. One of the waiters in the restaurant was quite rude. We ordered a bottle of sparkling wine (which wasn't cheap). She brought it to us and left, without offering to open it. So we ended up opening it ourselves. The swimming pool area wasn't cleaned properly. Sometimes we would come there in the evening around 20:30-21:00 finding glasses/cups/rubbish/empty cans still sitting on tables since the morning. We used to like the children's mini disco that was after dinner but now they changed the time for 17:00 and do it in the basement, the room for kids activities looks so horrible and gloomy that nobody is ever there. The lady who was supposed to run it also didn't look enthusiastic at all. I don't think we will be coming back next year.

Das Apartment ist groß mit einer guten Terrasse, das große Problem ist, dass Ke direkt an die Küche des Splash Hotels und morgens beginnen die LKWs, um das Essen zu downloaden, und nachts das gleiche mit dem Müll usw. die Arbeiter ziehen die Höhlen, mit Schreien, Schlags usw. Außerdem mit den ganzen Nacht offenen Lichten beleuchten das ganze Apartment so ist Ruhe ist null In Rezeption gibt es fast nie jemand und wenn dies ein Mädchen ist außerirdische, die nichts hören und in der Rezeption des Hotels gibt es immer Cool Preis sehr teuer täglich für die Beförderung eines Hundes,der teuerste, den ich je bezahlt habe Wir waren 6 Nächte und ich musste einen zusätzlichen zahlen, um mich die Handtücher wechseln zu halb der Wohnen Sie könnten besser sein.

Ich wurde um 8 Uhr morgens von einer sehr nett gekommenen Frau aufgenommen, die Französisch spricht, ich habe ihr Verständnis geschätzt, dass sie mich sehr müde sah, und ich konnte mir das Zimmer am 5., bei der Sonne, ruhig, früher als die check in, Ich danke ihr unendlich, ich war gezwungen, eine Nacht + früh zu gehen, für eine Familiensorge, Schade, Danke auch an die blonde Dame, die das Zimmer sehr sauber gemacht , Herzlich

Stayed for a 7 night break first week of October. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was on the 7th floor with views to the rear of the hotel. Great sized balcony with table and chairs. Unfortunately the sun didn’t come round onto the balcony but this really wasn’t an issue as the roof top was just one flight of stairs away. Clean room with daily cleaning service if required. Comfortable bed, two singles pushed together but once again this wasn’t an issue. We opted for just breakfast where there was always plenty of available tables and a good selection of food and drinks, the cava was always welcomed! Amazing location opposite the beach and stones throw from local town. We booked this wanting a quiet break and this location was perfect. Local restaurants were brilliant, especially the one directly downstairs. What made the hotel was the rooftop pool. We never struggled to find a sun lounger and the bar staff were really attentive and always cleaning up empty cups etc. Yes, it wasn’t a big pool but perfect to cool off in. The views are amazing! We went out for dinner every night and returned to the hotel bar which remained open until 1am. This area is a really sociable area and offered a great selection of drinks, once again the staff were always attentive and worked really hard. Rated a 4 star but realistically is probably a 3 but we definitely got what we paid for. Check out was once again quick with a room to store luggage. Reception staff ordered our taxi the day before and it turned up at exactly the requested time. I would highly recommend this hotel. The week was definitely made better by amazing weather only waking up to one cloudy morning which cleared by lunchtime!

The best hotel in a long time ,I wish I booked longer ,staff are so friendly and they work very hard to satisfy everyone.,Anna marie on reception was excellent ,I had a few bits to sort urgent and she was the best.,the pools were 💯% the restaurant and bar cafe , were very good ,a good verity, the intertainment was first class ,adults and certainly for kids were out of this world ,I can't wait to return. Five star to all staff you work very hard.

Danke Hotel Merce für ein paar fabulöse Tage,Dieses Hotel ist ein wee verstecktes Gemt,gekommen spät,so freundlich bleiben,Zimmer klein für 3 von uns, aber sauber und kompakt,wunderschöne Klimaanlage wie es heiß im August,Mieten Sie einen Safe für €15, Zimmer gereinigt jeden Tag und frische Handtücher,schöne Spaziergang zum Meer, wo es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt,Züge ist buchstäblich am Strand,nahm eine Tagesreise nach Barcelona,wahrscheinlich nicht eine gute Zeit zu gehen, da der Zug war sehr überfüllt und Barcelona auch, aber noch musste sein Es war so nah,großer Markt am Freitag am Meer,Hass spät Flug und Hotel mit Lock,Duschen und frische Handtücher,Personal sind so wunderschön von der Rezeption bis zu Bar-Personal, zum Essen Personal bis zu Reinigungspersonal, Schönes Frühstück mit schöner Auswahl, lieber das Dachpool und Bar, dieses Hotel ist definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Booked here for 2 nights as our flights were cancelled, was extremely pleasantly surprised as we had paid quite cheap in comparison to other hotels. Staff extremely friendly on arrival, we were early, they were able to lock our bags in a secure luggage room and allowed us to enjoy the pool area. Lovely pool for adults, plenty of sun loungers for use and umbrellas, smaller kids pool also available with different features for them to enjoy. Also kids entertainment on during the day, which they seemed to love. Pool bar also lovely, different food items available to order and full range of drinks. When we did get to our room, we had issues with aircon, when informed staff of this we were moved immediately, we had stayed in the apartment, small living area, kitchen bedroom and bathroom, and small balcony area, all very clean. Kids entertainment on in the evenings. Great location, short walk to main shopping streets and restaurants. So so pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would 100% book again.
