Reservé una oferta a través de ”Siente Galicia” en la que te entraba la habitación doble superior, una botella de champán, bombones y cena con vino de la casa o agua incluida. La atención recibida por la chica de recepción fue muy buena. La habitación para ser doble superior no era nada especial. Un tamaño más bien pequeño (no se como será la doble a secas), pero bueno!! tampoco necesitábamos nada más. Todo muy limpio. baño con una buena ducha. La televisión con muchos canales. Y las vistas son bonitas. Nos dejaron 5 bombones (bien podían haber sido número par puesto que somos dos). Tienes caja fuerte, el wifi no está mal. Cama cómoda y ropa de cama así como la de baño muy blanca. La cena que se incluye en la oferta no es nada del otro mundo, pero tampoco es nada mala. Es un menú (me imagino que será el menú del día que te sirven de noche). Cogimos una ensalada, que era muy completa y con un buen trozo de queso de cabra. Tortilla, que no estaba mal, aunque estaba ya bastante sequita. De segundo cogimos los dos merluza a la romana. Esto si que estaba muy rico. Un trozo muy grande, gordo y fresco. El postre, tarta de queso y una crema de limón (no se si se llama así). Entraba vino de la casa, pero como nosotros queriamos un vino diferente lo pagamos aparte. (lo lógico sería que nos descontaran el precio del vino que ellos ofrecen,puesto que no lo tomamos). La noche siguiente pedimos la botella de champán y te la dan en una cubitera con hielos para que la subas a la habitación. Me imagino que si hubieramos querido tomarla en la cafetería no hubiera habido ningún problema. Como cosa que NO nos gustó (aparte de lo de la botella de vino), fue que en el minibar de la habitación había tres botellas de agua. Bebimos una y a la hora de irnos la chica nos dijo que era de pago. No nos parece normal que si es de pago en la habitación NO lo ponga en ningún sitio. Cuando te encuentras solo agua en el minibar, te da por pensar que es de cortesía y NO de pago. No había ningún papel que indicara lo que costaban esas botellas. No es por lo que cuesta la botellita de agua (2,20€), sino porque no ponía que eran de pago. Al final la chica NO nos las cobró precisamente por eso. El hotel está bien, pero a cualquier sitio que quieras ir, tienes que coger el coche. Aunque está cerca de todas partes a la vez está lejos de todo

Ein Hotel des Berges. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich normal. Gute Dinge: großartiges Frühstück, gutes Frühstück, Musik und Aussichten. Ich liebe es. Das große und komfortabele Bett. Negative Dinge: sehr laut, extreme Wände. Die Straße und die Nachbarn werden gehört. Außerdem waren wir 2 Nächte und wir wurden nicht gereinigt, weil wir nach 12 Uhr aus ihr kamen, und das ist, dass wir nicht bis 00:00 Uhr zurückgekommen sind.

We stayed for 7 nights in this hotel which met all our needs. The room was super clean, big enough with a comfortable bed and most importantly well heated. The hotel offers free and paid parking, a restaurant with good menus, abundant and at a good price. We had broken our van and Mr. Alberto who was very attentive to our needs recommended a great mechanic who fixed the van in one day for a good price. In the final quality / price are really excellent. We will definitely stay here again next time we go back to La Coruña. The only thing the breakfast didn't have hot food, but you can't expect much from a hotel of this standard.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Mit fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Ruhig, aber in der Nähe von Orten zu besuchen. Zimmer mit viel Platz, mit Bad und Dusche. Sehr moderne Dekoration. Fantastisches Frühstück. Es war kein Buffet, sondern beantragt auf den Brief, aber alles sehr gut gemacht und in sehr großzügiger Menge. Sehr nett Beamte. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem im Zimmer, aber sie waren bereit, zu lösen. Wir schätzen die Sorge, dass alles perfekt für uns war.

Although listed as a hotel it is not a hotel per se- more like a self catering family holiday park, albeit an up market one. Our travel agent booked it for us as part of a tour around northern Spain. We had requested only 4 or 5 star hotels. The grounds are beautiful but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The staff were rude, in particular the waitress on the terrace on Saturday evening. Originally we thought it was a language barrier issue but the next day at breakfast she was just as rude - in fact the word we would use is hostile!!! She was surly and severely lacks customer service skills. The receptionist when we checked in could also do with some training in customer service. The property is in a residential area and the restaurant isn’t open in the evening. You can’t even get a soft drink after 8.00pm!! When we did ask for a drink whilst waiting for a taxi we were made to feel like we were asking for the impossible! We were given a one bedroom apartment which was like a tin box. Although it looked quirky it was like a greenhouse! It was stifling and there was no air conditioning. Really - metal room without air con????? We were so so disappointed with our visit and would struggle to recommend it. In all honesty we couldn’t wait to leave. We were so disappointed that we will be suggesting our travel agent thinks twice before booking any one else a room there!!! Not impressed!!!!
