Das Hotel ist auf der Hauptstraße, und einfach zu finden. Viel von auf der Straße kostenfreier Parkplatz ( Januar 2022 ). Großes Zimmer auf hohem Boden ( es gibt einen kleinen Aufzug ), mit Blick auf die Berge in der Entfernung. Gutes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ausgezeichnete und sehr informative Eincheckung. Hotel ist Schuhthema, da die Stadt ein großer Schuhhersteller ist. Es gibt auch kostenfreien Zugang zum Spa auf Anfrage. Auch ein gutes Frühstück wurde angeboten.

Hotel Zenit Calahorra , We have stayed here a few times in the last couple of years whilst going to Santander for a ferry home, usually ok apart from all rooms needing upgrade and they are small but it has been convenient for us. This time was awful very rude staff at the bar totally ignored me, in the end I shouted for service after around 7 mins of waiting for the barman he just kept glancing at me ( no-one else wanted serving) refurb in bar going on looks pretty poor workmanship nothing quite finished. The room was dirty ,scraped marked walls and when I turned light on the whole electrics went off sparks coming out of socket, The small stand up bath had cigarette burns on it and the toilet had some contraption fitted around the bowl, making it awkward to sit on the seat, only 1 sheet on the bed with with blankets in wardrobe and 1 pillow each. When I got out of bed and opened the curtain in the morning there was somebody looking towards me out of their window directly opposite about 8 feet away. Room was very small I had to move the chair into bath as I could not get around bed . The noise from bar below went on all night couldn't sleep eventually got up more tired than when I went for bed which is no good before a long drive . NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO TO THIS HOTEL ITS DEPRESSINGLY AWFUL LOUD AND VERY RUDE STAFF. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE REFURBISHING THE BAR AREA IT SHOULD BE THE AWFUL BEDROOMS.

Einfaches, aber sehr sauberes Hotel, und gemütliches. Doppelbett sehr, sehr komfortabel. Rechtes Badezimmer. Das Hotelpersonal und Café eine ausgezeichnete Behandlung, super aufmerksam und Service. Sie konnten mir sogar etwas zum Abendessen anbieten, das schon lange im Dienst ist.

A traditional hotel, perhaps I should say a traditional Parador, with everything that one associates with these: lots of olde worlde touches in the public areas, and lots of very dark wood in the bedroom. Yet this wasn’t an historic Parador, in a castle or convent from the 16th century, being barely 100 years old. Or should I say the rooms, plural? We had what was really a suite, with a bedroom well furnished with an interesting ornately carved headboard (but not a king-sized bed, to our surprise), opening out on to a large sitting room, again well furnished. There were so many chairs and sofas that we could seat 8 people in cushioned armchair or sofa comfort, 9 if one sat on the hard chair by the desk. 😊 The bathroom was large and well equipped with good towels. The bar cum cafeteria was very pleasant, as was the dining room, which served standard solid Parador food.
