Schönes Parador inmitten der Altstadt, aber leider bringt das Personal insbesondere im Restaurant nicht die Geduld auf mit einem Ausländer auf Spanisch zu sprechen, stattdessen wird man angeraunzt und bekommt einen englischen Brocken an den Kopf geworfen. Mir ist so etwas in Spanien bislang selten passiert, ich spreche fließend spanisch.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel im Allgemeinen, große und komfortable Zimmer, sehr gute Lage und sehr nahe dem historischen Zentrum, freundliches Personal, hat Parkplatz, obwohl begrenzt auf die Breite und Länge des Autos, weil es durch einen Autolift zugegriffen wird, Wir haben nur Frühstücksbuffet und gut im normalen Bereich gemacht. Es hat einen Pool, auch nur im Saison. Es ist das zweite Mal, dass wir in diesem Hotel Nacht auf dem Weg von der andalusischen Küste machen, ideal, um eine der vielen Tassen und Fleisch in jedem der Bars und Restaurants zu nehmen und zu schmecken, und bewundern viele Gebäude und Denkmäler, da Ubeda das Erbe der Menschheit ist.

Reúne todos los requisitos para calificarlo de excelente: muy céntrico (en la plaza del Ayuntamiento), en un precioso edificio renacentista con un patio interior magnífico sobre el que se accede a las dos plantas, habitaciones amplias, muy limpio, decorado con gusto a juego con el edificio, dos inmensas camas muy cómodas, desayuno surtido y variado... y el personal. Te facilitan por correo previo dónde aparcar (al lado, en Santa Clara) hay un aparcamiento público gratuito y los coches quedan recogidos de 12 noche a 7 mañana). Ah, un hotel con muy buenos precios.

Ubeda is a wonderful and picturesque town. Booked a suite with balcony at the Hotel Palacio - which was extremely large and very grand (pictures on the website are v accurate) and yet fairly unpractical. Good points: very central; valet parking (expensive but was incredibly useful at an exceptionally busy period); wrap around balcony was amazing for watching the Semana Santa processions. Not so good: no WiFi reception in bedroom but there was in the enormous entrance/bathroom; balcony was not one you could relax on, no outside space - rooftop pool was closed (they said it was closed when booking) and looked completely out of commission so you couldn’t just sit up there - bet the views would have been very good. Kind of weird to have so much space but a lot of it you couldn’t use. Didn’t have breakfast - instead went to the incredibly good value Coffee Garden around the corner. Not sorry I stayed here but should have done better research I think.

Hemos estado un fin de semana, viernes a domingo. Ha sido una visita de placer, para conocer Úbeda.
El hotel está en un lugar privilegiado, junto a la calle Mayor, que es la calle con mayor oferta gastronómica y lugar donde parten las visitas guiadas a la Úbeda monumental.
El hotel es más bien pequeño, en un edificio antiguo con un patio central muy bonito. La habitación me pareció correcta, y muy limpia. Llevaba incluido el desayuno, que por el número de clientes no era tipo buffete, pero te ofrecen una variedad de opciones y desayunas bastante bien. El precio del hotel me ha parecido bastante bueno para los tiempos que corren.

Estuvimos de paso mi hermana y yo en Baeza. El pueblo es una maravilla y el hotel es muy bonito. Las habitaciones son comodísimas y muy amplias. A nosotras nos tocó una con ventana a un patio central que tienen muy bonito. El desayuno es muy completo y merece la pena, ya que lo haces en el patio central. Por cierto, he de destacar que la chica que estaba en recepción ese día es muy agradable y nos ayudó en todo.

Despite being rated #1 manage your expectations. Location is very central and walking distance to restaurants and sites is good. If you arrive by car, streets are narrow and you may or may not be able to get all the way in to offload or load luggage easily. Unless you ask in advance, your driver may not know there is a back way to get to hotel and unload luggage. Do not expect porter service either. Service is below average at check-in and helpfulness. In the 6 months I’ve visited 7 cities in Spain, this was the first hotel I encountered nonchalant, unhelpful reception. No welcome, no help with luggage, we had to wait until they turned their attention to us to get proper check in process. While the hotel and grounds are charming, from the moment we stepped in to check in, the charm was lost from the front line reception team who, beyond checking our reservation and details, didn’t put any effort to offer any further basic information. The only two staff members that smiled to greet guests seemed to be the maintenance man and the lady who was in charge of breakfast and was happy to assist. Rooms are clean, and simple. However, our safe did not work, and some other items seemed to need repair or refresh. Breakfast buffet very average. So for what it is advertised as, a top hotel in Baeza versus reality, it’s better to manage and lower your expectations. Many budget or modest hotels have better service. We stayed one night and that was more than enough.

GGuest UserGroßes Hotel, ehemaliges Kloster, Geschmack in der mittelalterlichen Stadt Baeza. Empfangspersonen: freundlich, hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind relativ groß, leicht veraltet und definitiv verbraucht. Badezimmer sind gut. Die Korridore sind lange ( ehemaliges Kloster, in der Tat) und Echo jeder Fußstap - sehr heiß. Das Frühstück ist gut und verschieden, das Frühstückszimmer, die Lobby, das Restaurant und die Bar sind austerlich eingerichtet, ohne Rücksicht auf Heimlichkeit oder Gemütlichkeit. Dieser Ort ist vor allem für große (Bus-) Reisegruppen bestimmt - und natürlich erwartet niemand, dass Sie mehr als eine Nacht bleiben. Das WiFi-System ist eine Katastrophe. Es ist völlig unzureichend in Kapazität und Geschwindigkeit für einen solchen großen Ort. Es funktioniert kaum, und es hat schon lange nicht gut funktioniert ( wir wurden von einem Mitarbeiter erzählt) Lesen Sie die älteren Kommentare zu Tripadvisor: das ist schon seit einiger Zeit passiert. Bitte hören Sie Ihre Kunden. Eine Systemaufbau ist eine relativ kleine Investition. Für jetzt bekommst du nur einen Dot von uns wegen schlechter Kundenorientierung.

GGuest UserLa primera impresión de una habitación es el baño, y en este caso fue desastrosa el suelo lleno de roña, avisamos a recepción y subió una limpiadora que fregó delante de nosotros, pero ese suelo necesitaba que se restregara y ella no estaba dispuesta, según la limpiadora solo podían utilizar volvone. He de decir que yo restregando con un papel quité parte. No está a la altura de un 4 estrellas y con estos detalles menos La situación es buena y el personal de recepción y desayuno amable . Nos invitaban a una copa de vino pero para los que no bebemos una botella de agua o un dulce como alternativa no estaría de mas
