Schönes Personal, wirklich charmante und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist wirklich elegante mit seinem Balinesischen Stil. Es ist auch direkt auf der Piste. Der Pool ist schön, wenn auch nicht sehr warm. Die Zimmer sind gut, obwohl es nichts zu sitzen war, außer dem Bett oder den Speisestühlen. Ich hätte ein separates Schlafzimmer lieber als ein Studio. Ich mag die spät einchecken um 5 nicht, was nach der Reise zu spät ist. Wir zahlen 40 Euro für die Eincheckung bei 1. Das Frühstück ist zu teuer bei 18 Euro und ist sehr laut. Es gibt keinen komfortablen Ort im Hotel zu sitzen. Der erhitzte Boot und Skiraum ist gut, aber nicht genug Raum für alle, um sich zu sitzen und ihre Boots aufzulegen. Das Restaurant war ziemlich teuer und der Service war langsam und die Wahl war wirklich begrenzt und hat sich nicht die ganze Woche verändert. Es gibt nichts anderes lokal zu essen. Das Hotel ist im Inneren und obwohl Sie morgens einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Bus bekommen können, ist es nicht nahe genug, was interessant ist, zu gehen.

Myself and my adult daughter stayed here for 5nights last week. Lovely hotel , lovely food, pools and decor are lovely, as are the staff in restaurants and bars. Room was lovely , and we had a balcony overlooking a green of next doors golf course. I play a.little golf so enjoyed watching the golfers. It's in walking distance, downhill 25 minutes roughly from the strip of entertainment , however if any issues with mobility , get a taxi back . The fares vary, depends on the taxi driver I guess. It was always between 7 and 8 euro and most dont like handing back the change so it adds to the cost of the holiday. I had known about the distance but had expected local busses to run past the hotel. The taxi rank is roughly 100metres downhill.from the hotel. The hotel does not phone for taxis, I asked. The main issue I have and caused me to give 3 stars was an aggressive attitude from the lifeguard and sometimes constant whistle blowing at kids and also adults. One day , we were away for most of the day , and came back to him shouting and blowing the whistle at kids to get out of the pool because they had jumped in. And then he started on the adults who had moved their sunbeds slightly out towards the pool ,he was intentionally getting everyone's backs up . It ended up in a shouting match beside me . I was not involved in any way , so this is purely from someone who was observing. I find it strange this hasn't been mentioned on other reviews as it caused a terrible atmosphere around the pool, and everyone was on edge. A different lifeguard blew his whistle at a dad who was in the pool with his daughter and just threw her up in the air to land with a splash. Sensibly the dad ignored the whistle-blower. Ive never seen this kind of restrictions before where families are on holidays with kids. And it was very irritating hearing the whistle blowing so much. I understand safety but not to the extent of spoiling a holiday that is quite expensive.

Wir waren endlich nach fast 3 Jahren wieder da und hatten ein tolles Appartement im obersten Stock. Phantastischer Meerblick und alles perfekt hergerichtet. Jeden Tag Appartement Reinigung - einfach Klasse. Superfreundliches Personal. Nach 3 Tage leckte unsere Kaffeekanne - an der Rezeption gemeldet und 3 Stunden später war eine nagelneue Kaffeemaschine im Appartement. Besser geht nicht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Beverly Hills Heights ist eine schöne wenn auch mitlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen Ferienanlage. Die Ferienanlage liegt schön über Los Cristianos. Von unserem Appartement 707 hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf Meer. Es fährt ein kostenloser Shuttle zwischen 10 und 18 Uhr zum Strand (Zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten - sehr steil). Man kann den Tag auch am Pool verbringen, der war allerdings immer voll. Witzig ist, dass auch viele Briten die Poolliegen mit dem Handtuch schon früh am Morgen reservieren. Das Animationsprogramm war sehr schlicht. Eine Art Yoga etwas Dart, Tischtennis etc. nichts besonderes.Abends gab es Bingo oder Live - Musik. Unser Appartement mit 2 SZ war schön. Ein Bad war schon renoviert, dass zweite sollte nun aber auch dringend renoviert werden. An der Rezeption wird man kompetent beraten ein - und auschecken geht schnell. Meine Bitte um Hilfe bei der Internetreservierung der Fähre nach La Gomera wurde aber leider nicht erfüllt. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns im Berverly Hills Heights sehr wohl gefühlt. Falls man ein Apparment im EG ohne Meerblick hat, ist der Eindruck wahrscheinlich nicht so toll. Insgesamt können wir das Beverly Hills Heights aber empfehlen, wenn man nicht unbedingt ein Hotel in Meernähe möchte.

Just spent 10days here for birthday, 1st impressions it's clean, but very dated and in need of modernisation. Check in was quick and staff very friendly and helpful. Room tired and beds were very hard, but on mentioning it to rep I was given mattress toppers straight away. Rooms cleaned regular. Food was not bad and refreshed regular as opposed to sitting there all night, choice was limited but enough get by, it's after all apartments so many cater themselves hence dining room small.. we found food to be pleasant. No entertainment or games room, is a pool table near pool in the dark, and a reading room that's never used and could be a great game room. Reception area isn't welcoming or comfy or appropriate for sitting, just quirky, would be lovely area to sit and relax or read with z drink if had nice sofas etc, wS bit chilly sit near bar, hence was rarely used.. Extra charges apply in your stay like pool side lounger mattresses or umbrella, and although offer WiFi it's only at bar area so if don't have data you need to purchase.. safe isn't in room but on ground floor area, didn't want to be going up and down stairs so didn't use, I like in the room.. Hotel is good location with bus station and supermarket and not far to front,, Add up pros and cons it's a good hotel for price

Arrived at the hotel was put in room B2 ground floor. No windows only one door that opens onto a patio right opposite a gate that leads onto the street, not very safe feeling as anyone could walk in. Room smelt like hot sewage, cracked tiles in the kitchen area, stains and hairs on the bed sheets and air con remote was no where to be found. Went and complained at the reception desk and they said there wasn’t anything they could do until the morning and they require 20 euros for the air con remote! Me and my partner went out for dinner as it was getting late and when we came back and entered our room again the smell was 10x worse! I went back to the reception desk where the same receptionist stated he can’t do anything for us sometimes it just smells. Extremely disappointed! After sitting in the room for 20mins I packed mine and my partners stuff and walked back down to reception. I said I refuse to sleep in a room that smells like hot sewage, is dirty and has multiple broken things in it and if there was nothing they could do I would want a refund so I could go stay elsewhere. The receptionist then gave us a new room and new room keys but stated we may have to move again the next morning, No map or anything to find the way round it’s like a maze!! Once into our new room now being around 1am we went to sleep. At 2.30am my partner was woken up by 2 men letting themselves into our room!! Horrified we jumped out of bed and the boys ran out of the room, the hotel had given them keys to our room and told them that’s where they were staying!! The next morning I went down to reception and spoke to a lady, didn’t get her name but I believe she is head of customer service. HORRIBLE woman, we explained our situation, how dissatisfied we were with the first room and how awful the smell was, then explained how disgusted we were that two men were let into our room in the middle of the night while us two girls were vulnerable and sleeping and how our first night and morning of holiday has been taken up trying to sort out the room situation. She stated it was our fault the guys were let into our room as they had paid to stay in that one (me and my partner completely unaware that someone else was booked in the room) She said there’s no smell in room B2, it’s our fault for complaining! Blamed us for absolutely everything and said we should be happy we don’t have to pay for the upgraded room they put us into! No understanding at all! Then had breakfast after sorting out the rooms, sadly this was also awful! Stone cold food, stale cereal and mouldy food!! Don’t ever stay here!! Couldn’t recommend it any less!! Awful hotel and useless receptionists!!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel etwas außerhalb dadurch sehr ruhig. Ausreichend Liegen und Handtücher. Der Speisesaal sieht sehr schön aus, Fabian ist ein ganz besonders toller Mensch, er liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab! Wir haben immer geschaut, dass wir da sitzen wo er arbeitet , nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön! Jedoch ist der Speisesaal sehr laut, das Essen ist gut . Getränkepreise sehr günstig ! Zimmer sehr groß , sehr sauber, sehr ruhig . 4*sind passend .

We are just back from 5 nights at the sol arona and we had a fabulous time. Myself my mum and my daughter who is 3 were travelling. The entertainment team made the trip extra fun with activities all day and night. They were all so approachable and great with my wee girl. We had loads of fun and they have the daily activities all year long. The food was also brilliant. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back!
