It is with considerable disappointment that I pen this review. Our experience at SANT JORDI, a purported 5-star property, fell drastically short of our expectations and has left us questioning the credibility of its rating. Upon our late-night arrival, we were eager to unwind and revel in the luxury amenities, especially the bathtub, which was a pivotal factor in our selection of this hotel. However, the excitement quickly morphed into disillusionment when we encountered a large, unsightly brown stain on the side of the bath, resembling feces. This egregious lapse in cleanliness prompted immediate communication with the reception, an interaction we hadn’t anticipated. Our subsequent meticulous inspection of the room uncovered more shortcomings: black mold inhabited the shower area, posing a severe health and safety risk. Furthermore, the water tap, when operated, emitted a noise so intrusive that it had the potential to disrupt the slumber of other guests within proximity. These occurrences were not only inconvenient but also reprehensible, considering the supposed standing of the hotel. Our concerns, articulated at check-out, were met with assurances of a full refund for the inconveniences suffered. Despite this promise, the refund is yet to materialize, adding to our grievances. Our stay at SANT JORDI was marred by unacceptable cleanliness standards, glaring maintenance oversights, and unfulfilled promises, all incongruent with the hotel's purported stature. We left feeling deceived and distressed, far from the rejuvenating experience we sought. It's imperative for prospective guests to approach with caution and for the management to institute immediate rectifications, lest the hotel’s reputation suffers irreversible damage. Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable enough. The pool area is small but the pool is fine and clean. There were always enough sunbeds. The bar is fine but the staff was not happy to deliver many cocktails. The location is great with a lot of restaurants and at least two supermarkets close by. There is about three minutes walk to the beach. We went half-board. There was no problem selecting if we wanted to have lunch or dinner but you need to notify the reception. The food is what is expected in hotels in Spain, uninteresting unseasoned well done meat without any gravy and selection of seafood, so it got boring very fast. Half-board does not cover any drinks, not even water. Everything was fresh and they have a great selection of fresh salad. Some guests I know went full-board and regretted it since it is a nice change eating out once and a while. Breakfast is good, but the chef usually could not cope with the eggs and the bacon is not what you would expect in northern Europe. The reception staff was helpful. They have a lot of activities like mini discos and shows for kids in the evening. Overall a good experience and I would stay there again.

Just back home from Calella holiday. Stayed in hotel 5 days with full board. Good sized clean room changed and cleared every day and reasonably friendly staff but catering experience is quite mixed. Not a best choice of dishes and no any liquid for lunch and dinner trying to force you to buy from them. Once came to lunch directly from walk with bottle of water staff take it off from me and offered to buy one from them. Pool always full of kids, very noisy, and by afternoon there is muddy water as they don't bother to go toilet. Pool also opening quite late and closing far too early at 8pm. Fortunately there is 5 minutes walk to beach. In average stay was ok but I don't think this hotel will be our choice in a future.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Casablanca Apartment in Calella, eine voll ausgestattete Suite mit modernen Segeln und Möbeln, spektakuläres Bad und sehr komfortabeles Bett, die Reinigung auch zu erwähnen. Die Aufmerksamkeit von Mr. Jaume spektakulär, gute Lage für den Besuch der Küste des Maresme, 100% empfehlenswert

Ein Hotel, das Sie verlieren können, wenn Sie vorbereitet, komfortabel und sorgfältig für Tausende von Aufenthaltsoptionen. Es ist einfach zu parken, guter Preis und in ruhiger Umgebung auf Ihrer Lage

Diese Wohnungen waren schön und sauber. kleiner Balkon aber groß genug für einen Tisch und 2 Stühle. diese müssen angefordert und sind zu zahlen bei €10 pro Nacht. saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher alle ein paar Tage. die Rezeption Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sprach sehr Gut Englisch. Nichts war für sie ein Problem. Zentrale Lage ideal für die Geschäfte , Restaurants , Bowling und Golf und einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand. Landbahn stoppt um die Ecke und Sie können auf und aus gehen wo immer Sie wollen. die Bar-Personal, wo unglaublich in der Suche nach uns, Bringt Nahrungsmittel und Getränke an die Poolseite. Der Pool war sauber und wurde gut gepflegt. Mein einziger Kritik war das Badezimmer. Der Duschegarten erreichte nicht das Ende der Eisenbahn und überschwemmte das Badezimmer bei der ersten Verwendung. Die Dusche fiel regelmäßig, wenn in Betrieb. a Bin wäre nützlich gewesen, auch größere Handtücher, aber das ist meine persönliche Präferenz. immer genug heißes Wasser. Ein schöner ruhiger Aufenthalt würde definitiv zurückkehren.

An excellent hotel with excellent service, I would recommend it to everyone. The room was spacious, clean and had an incredible view of the city and sea... absolutely comfortable and easily accessible, with markets nearby and several restaurants. I thank the staff for their excellent service.
