Zimmer sehr sauber,aber auch sehr hellhörig.Der Kellner in der Bar war sehr freundlich und fix.Getränke sehr Günstig.Das Frühstück war sehr schön,mit viel Auswahl,,werden wir im November wieder buchen!Auf dem Weg nach Gran Canaria eine gute Wahl.Aber die Restaurants im Ort sind geschlossen,

We booked this hotel for 7 days partly to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed an upgrade to suite which was great. we booked through ******* and advised that this was the last room for our week. Reception very good and we needed it as twice our room door lock failed but attended to promptly. Although advised that it appeared the hotel was full on our first night dinner there were about 10 persons. however, the following morning we found that the was a huge host of young Canadian footballers and their coaches, family etc staying which we did not expect staying in a 4-star hotel and their manners were not good. Moving on to the restaurant which on your web site ‘offering an à la carte service’ which it clearly does not and the food although previous guests have said was good for us it was bland and with no imagination, spaghetti/pizza/lasagna/ chicken dippers are not what we expect from this type of establishment, perhaps it was because of the footballers. More importantly when there was some sort of party one night we sat and watched superb tapas going past us to the party so if this type of food is available why not for everybody.? Please remember we were paying some €54 for dinner each night and never got our monies worth. Again, from the web site ‘you can find a café, giving you the perfect excuse to grab a moment for a coffee, a soft drink or a snack’ – this was a very poorly attended BAR not a café and from what appeared to be a small staffing situation, if you wanted a drink or coffee quite often no one about???? Ther pool – no shallow end!!!!!???? The depths are marked but need redoing show a minimum depth 1.8m, this is not good for poor swimmers. In fact, my wife was surprised when I told her this so decided to enter the small pool via the steps which she slipped on badly and has bad bruises for the trouble. This area should have a handrail as in all the other hotels we have visited. This was reported to reception, but they did not seem to want to know. If we had known that the hotel was going to full of teenagers, we would have gone elsewhere One final point, if you make pool rules then they should be adhered to but these were Continually broken. the facilities mentioned on ******* and *********** are incorrect.

Our room was great- comfortable, spacious with a great view down the beach. We received a warm welcome on reception from the woman who showed us exactly where the car park was on the opposite side of the street. If you are driving here for a stay then it is well worth paying for their covered car park as the bays outside the hotel fill by 08:00 and rarely did we see any spaces come up in our week here. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and again had wonderful service from Alex. The menu del dia was really good and reasonably priced. The terrace is literally next to the beach and is idyllic. There is an area set aside for hotel guests and you show your room key to prove residence. The menu here was varied and good and we ate there most nights again, reasonably priced and the kitchen is open all day until 11:00pm so you don’t have to wait for normal Spanish meal time! A huge bonus for us There are deck chairs in the room which you can take to the beach which is a really clever, thoughtful touch. Another nice touch is water available in the corridor by reception and usually left over pastries from breakfast. Can’t find much fault here but do have observations. The dining room seems way too small to cope with the number of guests wanting breakfast and not enough staff. They seemed to struggle to clear tables quickly and there were long periods where hot food wasn’t available so we couldn’t always get our first choice of breakfast selection. Being on holiday it wasn’t the end of the world but frustrating at times. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, loved it. I would recommend it.

Modernes Hotel in Benicassim. Wir haben dieses Hotel ausgewählt, weil es günstig war, aber wir haben es voll geschafft. vollständig renoviert oder aktualisiert. Große und moderne Einrichtungen. Sehr sauber und gut gelegen, nahe dem Freizeit- und Restaurantbereich. Das Hotel hat einen großen Parkplatz, nahe dem Hotel. Das sehr freundliche Rezeption Mädchen. Alles funktioniert durch einen Zugangscode (Eingang zum Hotel, Zimmer...). Als Negativpunkt und zu verbessern, das Frühstücksgebiet. Sie befinden sich auf der vierten Etage, am Stall, haben eine Art „Karpe“ gelegt und eine geschlossene Zone erstellen. Aber Leider ist die „Karpe“ aus Kunststoff und der Winterkühl macht sie anwesend. Wir mussten mit den Anzügen zum Frühstück, obwohl es 2 Bücher gab. Ich nehme an, es wird im Sommer ideal sein, aber im Februar ist es nicht sehr praktisch.

Had an incredible week at the hotel. The first thing that was striking was how clean the hotel was, from the reception to the room, it was spotless! The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. The breakfast and dinners were amazing, there was a huge variety of fresh food that all tasted delicious. The breakfast in particular was a show stopper, from lovely pastries of all kinds to made-to-order eggs, a plethora of fruits and juices, cheese and cold cuts… I was stunned at first. I also got to enjoy the spa facilities that were very clean, quiet and had everything you could need to relax (heated beds, sauna, steam room, heated pool with jacuzzi option). I will most definitely come back to stay there. Thank you for such a warm and delightful welcome 🙏🏻 ❤️
