Sehr schönes Hotel , das trotz der Jahre gemütlich und schön bleibt. Wir haben ein gemütliches Zimmer gewählt, das uns gefällt. Wir konnten die Nachtstern sehen . Eine beeindruckende Frühstück. Wir wollten nur das Frühstück heruntergehen, um uns die reichhaltigen Dinge zu genießen, die kochen. Wir essen zwei Nächte im Hotel Casa Irene mit einem exquisiten Service und Aufmerksamkeit. Und die leckeren Gerichte. Kabeljau , Träger, Fleisch, ein Hafer mit 3 Eisballen , schließlich ... Du würdest, was du konntest, hättest wiederholt . Die unverbesserliche Behandlung, und die Wahrheit, ein wirklich sehr guter Aufenthalt . Zusätzlich im Zentrum von Arties gelegen, und mit Parkplatz im gleichen Hotel. Sehr komfortabel. Wir werden sicher zurückkommen

Dieses Hotel war eine unerwartete Überraschung! Belegen in einem wunderschönen kleinen Dorf umgeben von Bergen, es hat ein sehr gemütliches Gefühl von dem Moment, wenn Sie in den Autopark fahren. Personal war sehr willkommen und effizient, uns in unserem Zimmer zu prüfen und zuzuweisen. Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß mit einem sehr großen Bad und einem großen komfortablen Bett. Es gibt nichts zu begeistern über dieses Hotel, ich kann mir nur vorstellen, hier im Mitte des Winters geholt zu genießen die ausgezeichnete Küche und Kostbarkeit des Hotels. Wenn ich schlau sein musste, die einzigen Punkte, die ich hinzufügen kann, ist, dass ich nicht die Luft-Con zu arbeiten und das Zimmer war ziemlich warm. Das Badezimmer, während wunderschön, hat tödlich schlimme Fliesenboden, wenn nass, so vorsichtig, wenn Sie die Dusche verlassen! Ich würde gern einen Tag hierher zurückkommen und mehr von dem Hotel und den Umgebungen nehmen.

The location of the property is excellent and an easy 10 minute walk into Vielha with plenty of parking. It is an old fashioned property and the outside could be tidied up, it does look a little depressing but the style of the building doesn’t really help. Inside reception is airy and modern and check in was quick and easy. Lifts are available to all floors. The aesthetics elsewhere are very dated and are worn, for example the corridor carpets are threadbare in places. The bar area though is airy, light and comfortable, as was the dining room. These remained largely empty though and as such there is no ambience or atmosphere, but this isn’t the hotels fault if they are not used. Outside and terrace and pool was a nice addition as we had fantastic weather. The room was relatively small and quite dark (because of the style building) but it was perfectly adequate and we had a fairly comfortable three days. The bathroom was perfectly acceptable also and the shower was good, albeit make sure the shower curtain is in and fully across. The bathroom hairdryer was slightly melted which was a little concerning so I didn’t use this. The other improvement definitely needed was the towels as they were thin and rather frayed round the edges in places but the toiletries included were really good. The room cleanliness could have been slightly improved, only in that there were cobwebs in the bathroom and dust over the floor under the desk, but otherwise the housekeeping was fine. We had breakfast one day and I felt it very good value for 12€. The drinks in the bar were very reasonably priced and Mario was lovely! The staff we encountered were all friendly. There was a steamer iron available at reception but there is no kettle in the room which could be a big improvement and is a facility I would definitely expect to have available in a stated four star property. Overall, yes this property is dated and rough around the edges; I would not agree it reaches the four star standard however for the price we paid I didn’t feel it unreasonable and for our needs on this occasion it worked fine so providing you want just a pit stop and are getting out and about you’ll be fine but don’t expect luxurious surroundings or facilities. A reasonable budget accommodation is how I would summarise this hotel, but we had a perfectly pleasant stay.

Estuve alojado en este establecimiento desde el día 26/03/2022 al 2/4/22, con mi muje. Mi malestar y descontento por varios puntos. El primero es q tuve un accidente de ski, necesitando ingreso hospitalario y ya no volví por su hotel, el trato dispensado a mi mujer fue, aséptico y poco empatico, el sábado día del check out, ni se le ofreció un mínimo de ayuda con el equipaje, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones climatológicas y la cantidad de equipaje q teníamos. Además el lunes anterior en el desayuno, pusieron las sobras del domingo, no había platos calientes, la piscina cerrada, tuve q llamar a los teléfonos de ”emergencia” y la abrieron a las 18:30, el domingo también cerrada. El martes ya mejoro el desayuno aunq no había leche entera (la normal) ahí el chico me hizo unos huevos revueltos con bacon... Ese mismo martes, no había nadie en la recepción del hotel en horario de 16:00 a 19:00. Por no hablar del bikini de mi mujer y de mi bañador, q se han estropeado por los productos desu piscina, han quedado completamente descoloridos. En todo momento el trato por su personal ha sido correcto aunque muy poco empatico (cuando estaba presente)... Si necesitan cualquier aclaración pueden llamarme. Desde luego que ha sido una decepción después de haber visto su ”valoración” en diversas plataformas. Saludos cordiales. La respuesta del hotel a mi queja has sido la siguiente: Estimado Sr. ... Esperamos poder darle de nuevo la bienvenida y cambiar la impresión que ha tenido de nuestras instalaciones para recuperar de nuevo su confianza en nosotros aplicándole un descuento en su próxima reserva.
