Not only did she take the time to give us a detailed introduction to all the hotel facilities—from the gym and pool to the restaurant and breakfast area—but she also shared great tips about the hotel's location, pointing out nearby attractions and convenient transportation options, which really helped us plan our days. What made the experience even more special was that one of our group members was celebrating their birthday that day. When Marian found out, she went out of her way to make it memorable. Even after her shift ended, she came back to our room with a bottle of champagne and a heartfelt birthday wish. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly valued and cared for. Marian's enthusiasm and dedication are truly commendable. She turned a great stay into an unforgettable one, and we can't thank her enough.
