Wir verließen unser Auto im kostenlosen Park neben dem Hotel, dann kam es durch eine bestimmte Tür in die Rezeption. Der Kerl dort war sehr effizient, freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Das Zimmer war sehr gut, mit einem großen komfortablen Bett, einem sauberen Badezimmer, TV, mini-Kühlschrank und einem Safe. Auch keine Lärme von Zimmern in der Nähe von uns gehört, ein großer Plus! Alles sehr gut bislang ... aber ...! Das Frühstück wurde im Preis enthalten, und muss sagen, war ein wenig enttäuschend ! Der Kaffee hatte einen seltsamen Geschmack und es gab nur eine Wahl von kleinem Brotroll für Toast (nicht auch schön) ! Auch keine Bananen oder Äpfel zum Frühstück. Es gab einen Fitnessraum und einen Heath Spa, aber wir waren begrenzt in der Zeit, so konnten wir sie nicht versuchen! Neben den Frühstücksfragen war das Hotel sehr gut und in einer tollen Lage neben einem Handelszentrum. Hoffentlich war das Frühstück enttäuschend, denn ich werde dort wieder bleiben, wenn ich wieder durch Valencia passiere !!

I was charged for a hotel reservation but did not stay there because there was no parking space in their car parking. When I booked a hotel, I look at hotels with car parking because I have a car rental so I chose this hotel. Me and my husband drove from Madrid to this hotel and we were very upset to find out there’s no parking available for our car so we left and slept in our car at a gas station since that was late at night and there wasn’t any hotels available. I was even more upset to find out this hotel charged my card for a stay that didn’t happen. I called several times to speak with Sonya the manager and she refused to speak to me. They refused to issue a refund saying this is non refundable. They were very inconsiderate. This hotel is a crook and will steal your money. This is a very valid reason why we can’t stay and there wasn’t even a space in our car along the hotel! Their website is saying otherwise! That theres car parking available when there’s none! That hotel is in a very shady area and you run the risk of your car getting broken into or stolen. Priceline, the agency I booked the hotel from, can’t do anything for me as their “VIP” customer. I wouldn’t reach a VIP status if I didn’t book so many hotels and flights with this company. And they couldn’t even give me a credit or do anything to resolve this issue. This is how Priceline treats their customer or their VIP customer with this matter. Stay away from this hotel . These are crooks and will steal your money. I had filed a dispute with my credit card company and have lodged a complaint against Hotel Benetusser on several other travel websites.

Der Verkehr ist bequem, viele Busse können direkt erreicht werden, es gibt einen Supermarkt umgeben, das Zimmer hat eine Küche, kann man Frühstück selbst machen, der Raum ist groß, ich wohne sehr komfortabel mit den Kindern. Mangelhaft, neben dem Bau, kann der Morgen des Arbeitstags dich aufwachen.

Todo muy bien. Fresco, limpio y amplio. El aire acondicionado y la televisión funcionaron sin ningún problema. Además, hay varias cafeterías y restaurantes cerca, muy útiles de para desayunar. Lo único es que se averió el elevador durante la estancia. Si se tiene problemas de rodilla o dificultad para subir escalones, puede que no sea la mejor opción.

Stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Clean hotel, friendly staff, firm mattresses, good shower, free tea and coffee (not in room). Located on a very busy roundabout towards the south of the city. Buses nearby to get into centre (no 7) and beach (no 99). More of a backpackers, workers hotel. Not too many families, reception is basic, bar has seen better days (you have to get cold drinks from the fridge and pay at reception). Luckily my room faced the back of hotel away from continual traffic of the 4lane roundabout out the front. Avoided breakfast as looked very school canteen. 100 euro a night, but it was summer in a coastal city.

Das Hotel gehört zu der kleinen und exquisiten Art, das Zimmer ist auf der Straße, die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist nicht viel, aber es ist exquisit. Das schwierigste ist, unterirdische Parkplätze, schlank und düster, die Autotechnik ist nicht zu stoppen, so überrascht, dass es sich um eine Störung handelt! Der Service ist gut, sehr enthusiastisch!

Rather good hostel but weak breakfast

Located about 15 minutes' walk from Ciutat de las Arts. New facilities, close to public transport and with a restaurant in site. Everything was great, however, I would have liked that the AC cools more, because it was controlled and was almost hot. Out of that, all goes ok and we enjoy our stay. The food at the restaurant was very good and also the service. The front desk personnel, also excellent. Highly recommended hotel. (Note - visit the near Saler shopping center and eat in ”Muerde La Pasta”. Very good buffet.)

Stayed here for a winter city break over a long weekend in early February. Check in was easy, offered and upgrade for a small cost but decided to stick with what I originally booked. I was glad I did, standard room was huge, no need for anything more! Breakfast was great, really good selection of good quality food, filled me up for the day to explore beautiful València! Buses easily available with various stops a shot walk from the hotel make getting around the city an absolute breeze. Really good metro links direct you easily to and from the airport (hotel is about a 20min walk from the nearest metro). All in all, a great stay, would certainly return, hotel exceeded expectations!

Todo muy bien. Lo unico a mejorar es que tuve que llamar para efectuar El check-in, no me llego un correo claro con las instrucciones para hacerlo. Aunque otra gente alojada en la estructura no tuvo ese problema.
