Sehr warmes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, aufmerksam, 24 Stunden am Tag verfügbar, sehr lächelnd und freundlich, tadelloses Zimmer, nichts zu sagen, alles, was Sie in der Zimmerreinigung brauchen, wird jeden Tag erledigt, das Hotel liegt bereit vom Strand entfernt, es gibt wirklich Alles in der Nähe, wir können uns nicht beschweren, das Spa und das Schwimmbad sind wirklich cool, das Hotel hat eine ruhige und friedliche A**osphäre Ich empfehle !

Tram/Metro line is straight outside the building - great! Hotel cleanliness - shocking! On our arrival, about to use the toilet for the 1st time - took the toilet has been cleaned/disinfected sign off - totally wrong there was human excrement still left on the toilet seat! Went to see reception who said they would send the cleaner up. Only to find out later when we arrived back at the hotel after our day out that it was still there!!! Went back to hotel reception by then it was the night manager on, who said he would come up to clean it. Waited up for him, only he couldn’t come as he was the only one on, said we had to wait till the cleaners arrived the following day, so we had to sleep and leave it. When we came back to the room again after the next day, there was still some there!! The rest of the room had clearly been cleaned well, which is why we’re shocked how it was still missed. The front desk staff by this time were actually getting a little bit rude towards us, even though it was far from our fault. But the member of staff at this point allowed us to move room. Which is inconvenient but better for a clean toilet! We reported this to *********** (still awaiting anything to be done) hotel are not wanting to give us any kind of compensation at this stage which is disgusting and disappointing.

Good location and easy to get to on public transport. I had a double room it was comfortable and clean. Staff were welcoming and check in straightforward . When I had an issue with my room it was dealt with very promptly. Breakfast had basic options and set out as buffet style. There is plenty of food and the dining area well maintained. The hotel is well priced for three stars. Valencia is a beautiful city to visit

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, sehr nahe dem Strand laufen....Rein Hotel, sehr reiches Frühstück und sehr viel....Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Somier und wir haben es super schnell gelöst.Wir empfehlen es zweifellos....Was uns nichts gefallen war das Essen des beigefügten Restaurants

Es un hotel de 1*, pero merece la pena hosped**** en él, habitaciones decoradas cada una con una civilización distinta, limpieza,recepción y situación muy buenas, está a cómo media hora andando de la Estación Nord y el centro de la ciudad. Calidad /precio buena.El baño tiene secador, pero no tiene nevera. Camas muy grandes y cómodas

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des alten Stadtviertels, eine sehr konstruierte Wohnung, die Küche ist komplett, geeignet für sich selbst, ein einfaches Essen zu machen, zu leben und zu reisen. Die USA und China sind nicht ausreichend: Das WiFi-Zimmer in meinem Wohnzimmer kann nicht normal verwendet werden, und es hat 20 Euro zurückgegeben, nachdem ich mit Trip.com Kundenservice in Verbindung gebracht habe.
