整個體驗除了餐廳服務還行， 設施：攜程預訂顯示有游泳池，但是去了告知沒有開 衞生：房間一進去就一地水，空調漏水，衞生間堵塞 服務：下午辦理入住，發現問題就反饋了，一個經理帶我們跑了2個房間説升級，我們是兩大兩小，帶我們去看的一個大床房，根本沒有誠意，雖説是套房，但是就一張床。索性沒有換，根本沒有誠意，根本沒打算解決。 夜裡，我們這個樓層外面正好是整個酒店的空調出門口，那個聲音大的壓根兒無法睡覺。實在沒辦法，夜裡1點去找前台，沒有房間，一直折騰，閨蜜一個人睡在他們安排的説不會有噪音的房間，但事實並不是。還是一樣吵。第二天要求解決，一直沒回復，又帶我們看了其他房間，還是一樣的户型，一樣在出風口這一排，説標間都這樣。最後為了能晚上踏實的睡下，我們四個住了大床房😓 首先，酒店人員解決問題能力很差，大床加張床不就行了，都考慮不到，其次，酒店雖然是24年的，但是空調那邊已經漏水，下水道堵塞問題，不重視解決。
