I like this hotel very much. Our family had visited this place many times already. And we are planning to come back again. This is the best place for hot springs!!! Surroundings are very beautiful as well. Every season here has it's own beauty. Hotel itself is beautiful and cosy. Hotel staff are super professional and friendly. One more important thing: our two dogs are very welcome to come as well 🖤 Strongly recommend!

Both this hotel and the surrounding area are amazing! We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and enjoyed the wonderful views and amenities offered. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The service and staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is located in a very beautiful and calm suburb community, and a short walk from where you stay is the clubhouse, where is a restaurant with amazing views, the fitness room, and pool (check if your room includes the pool pass, otherwise you need to pay for it). We would absolutely stay here again!

房間衞生乾淨，遊玩不怎麼，温泉下午兩點鐘才開，而其它家早上八點到十點就開温泉泡池，晚上入住，秋天天氣涼，晚上根本沒人去泡，而且泡池距離住宿隔着一段距離，服務態度一般，沒感覺到温馨，入住一晚上，本想去周邊逛哈，第二天續住，既然無房，換另一家，早上十點入住，就能泡温泉，優點大概就是屬於湖景房吧

Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
