Wir ließen uns hier auf dem Weg nach Michigan mit unseren Kindern aufhalten und ehrlich gesagt war es großartig für den Preis. Wir brauchten nur einen Ort für die eine Nacht und wollten nicht viel zu verbringen. Der Mann am Frontdesk war freundlich und schnell zu unserem Zimmer extra Betten geliefert, wenn er angefordert wurde. Unser Zimmer war ok. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber, Bad wurde aktualisiert und sauber. Angesichts dessen, dass es mehr als ein Motel ist, waren wir ziemlich komfortabel. Das Frühstück war auch gut, die gleichen Angebote wie große Kette Hotels (Wafflemaker, Bacon & Eier, Yoghurt, Brot & Pasta). Wird sicherlich wieder bleiben!

Eine enttäuschte Erfahrung überhaupt, besonders wenn Sie sagen, es ist Marriott's. Wir hatten das traditionelle Zimmer mit King Bett, der Duschegarten ist nur bis zur Hälfte des Kalbbens, es macht das Wasser überall im Badezimmer. Der Toilettenfluss war nicht stark genug, Sie werden zweiten oder sogar dritten Mal zu sagen, bis aufs Gesicht zu spülen. Das Bett ist überhaupt klein, ich denke nicht, es ist ein King-Size-Bett. Das TV funktioniert nicht, um Ihre YouTube oder Netflix zu werfen und es sagte es kann. Jedenfalls hat es eine Nespresso-Maschine, so dass Sie noch einige Kaffee haben können. Ich würde sagen, Menschen, die diese Bewertung gesehen haben, dass nicht unbedingt zusätzlich ein Drittel für Marriott, es nichts auf Standard, nur gehen für xxx IN in der Nähe, viel günstiger, Bad ist Trennung trockener Raum von Feuchterraum, und enthält Frühstück. Ich habe fast $500 gezahlt und nur für Kaffee gefallen.

If I could give this hotel a 0 as their rating I would. The service and standard of cleanliness at the hotel was appalling! We booked this hotel for a baseball tournament my son was participating in. When he checked he went to his room to drop off some gear before his game, and the bedding was dirty. He quickly notified the front desk and was told it would be cleaned. He left for his game. I called the hotel myself to ensure that it would be cleaned when they were out playing at their ball game and the front desk advised that they could not clean the bedding as they were not allowed into the room when the occupants were not there. Obviously this is a load of crap as housekeeping comes in and out of people's rooms to clean them when people are not in their rooms. He said they could pick up the bedding at the front desk and make it themselves. So on top of walking into a room with bedding that looked like it had feces on it, they now were supposed to ***** off the dirty bedding and make it themselves. Unacceptable and I told the front desk staff this. I was told he would talk to manager and that it would be resolved most likely with a percentage of. My son came back from his game and got the bedding and they stripped off the dirty bedding and remade the bed. At some point during the stay the front desk staff advised my son he would receive a percentage discount. Okay fine. He went to check out on the Sunday and he checked with the staff that discount was applied and he confirmed it was. When I received the invoice via email, lo and behold the discount was not applied. I emailed customer service at the hotel and followed up with a call. I was advised that since the rooms were discounted because of a tournament they would not be able to honour the discount that they already advised to make up for the dirty linens. Needless to say this was unacceptable. 1) standard of cleanliness was unacceptable and if linens were dirty, surely the rest of the room was not cleaned properly either 2) the lack of problem solving on behalf of the hotel staff was ridiculous 3) the front desk staff member advised me that the manager could call me back when she is back from holidays in about a week and a half. I said surely someone must be able to handle these things while she is away and I was advised no. So when the manager is gone, apparently service at the hotel shuts down as apparently no one has any authority to handle any customer complaint situation. Do better!!

Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and have no complaints. Used it as a base to explore North up Lake Huron, South down the St Clair river and inland to the Petrolia area. Excellent location 10 minutes walk from the Bluewater bridge and waterfront area. Staff were very welcoming and room was excellent and was serviced each morning, which is becoming rarer in chain hotels. Over our 4 night stay we had 2 very extreme storms hitting Ontario and felt completely safe within the hotel. Never were disturbed once in 4 nights and would definitely recommend to others - even had a view of Bluewater bridge from hotel room window. Complimentary breakfast was very good also.

Our room was clean and modern, Pillows, sheets and covers were very nice, The room included a safe, coffee maker, fridge and microwave, The shower was large and the bath had a hair dryer. Breakfast came with the stay, A variety of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, toast, yogurt and cereal. It was an easy check in and out and they were pleasant and efficient. Willing to help with places to eat and they gave us information on the return regarding the Blue Water Bridge. This was a happy stay.

Dieses kürzlich renovierte Hotel ist Teil einer umfangreichen Renovierung. Wir waren in der 5 Geschichte Tower. Ein schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Betten waren komfortabel. Das Badezimmer hatte viel Geld auf sie verbracht. Ein Spaziergang in der Dusche mit schönen Glas Duschetüren. Sink/Vanity ist schön mit einem gut beleuchteten Spiegel. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Keruig Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Ich habe zwei Beschwerden über das Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Platz / Rack, um Ihre Gepäck aufzulegen. Sie müssen es auf dem Boden. Schließlich , Orte, um Ihre elektronischen Geräte an der Bettseite anzuschließen sind nicht vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Outlets neben dem Desk. Dies muss korrigiert werden, eine gewaltige Überwachung daneben. Hotel liegt neben der 402, so machen Sie hier einige Verkehrslärm. Fragen Sie Zimmer auf der anderen Seite.
