Our stay at Kanata Inn - Fort Saskatchewan- was awesome. What was apparent was the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. We brought along a small puppy and you couldn’t tell the room was a pet room and charges were minimal compared to other hotels. Our family will stay here again as the staff treats you like family. Das Hotel war sauber und ruhig und schien nicht besonders bemüht. Check-in war reibungslos. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, das Wasser für die Dusche war heiß und das Zimmer konnte bei einer anständigen Temperatur gehalten werden. Es war auch Frühstück verfügbar am Morgen.

I was in Fort Sask. for a total of 9 days during a business stay. I would say the first thing I loved about this hotel was the management and staff. Always saying hello and greeting you with a smile. Breakfasts every morning with a special greeting and coffee from Luvy which always started my day off with a smile. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds, just what I needed for an enjoyable stay! Thankyou, Miles

Das Personal ist oben auf dem Abendessen extrem freundlich und beherbergen immer lächeln und bieten Hilfe in einer Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, einschließlich das Angebot von Bargeld zurück, wenn sie Ihr Zimmer billiger machen Preis für ihre Gäste und froh, Ihnen alles, was Sie können Sie retten, was erstaunlich ist

April 2024 Myself and two children stayed for two nights during a dance festival. There were many dancers staying there but we didn't find it noisy. The location is very convenient if you are attending an event at the Dow Centennial Centre Shell Theatre, it is within walking distance. Montana's is across the parking lot in another hotel. We had a two queen joining room. It had a mini fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable and the rooms was clean other than it wasn't vacuumed properly along the edge of the bed. The pool was a hit with my daughter, it had a fun waterslide and the pool was big enough you could still swim without worrying that someone coming off the slide would hit you. There is also a hot tub. Breakfast was included and there was a variety of items, it was decent. I would choose this place if in the area again.

We stayed and enjoyed the staff, good bed and fantastic breakfast, but was totally disappointed with the room. We booked a kitchenette with a stove hoping to avoid restaurants as my wife is wheelchair bound with MS. There was no stove ! All the food spoiled as I could not cook on stove top or microwave. I had to go out and buy microwaveable food. All I wanted was a apogee but the front desk looked stupefied and said there our no stove in any of the rooms . The manager would not call me so I called head office Best Western in Arizona . They have since taken off the picture of the room we booked but no apogee. This supposed to be a best Western Plus not a Best Western Minus. I only stay at Best Western hotels 20 in the last couple of years. but maybe that has to change.
