5 Sterne mögen angesichts der angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten und Einrichtungen großzügig erscheinen. Ja, es ist etwas veraltet, aber es ist nicht der Zustand, der 5 Sterne rechtfertigt. Es ist das Personal an der Rezeption. Ich wünschte, ich wüsste ihre Namen, aber sie waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem der junge Mann (er heiratet bald) war wunderbar und fuhr uns eines Morgens zum Bahnhof. Außerdem ist die Lage großartig; 5 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Ich würde es wärmstens empfehlen.

I made a reservation at Boss Hotel. I needed accommodation for one night before heading back home, so I wanted to find a hotel close to the main old market. Additionally, I was keen on a hotel that provided free car parking, not due to cost concerns, but rather to ensure easy car accessibility as I prefer not to drive within the city. I decided on Boss Hotel with the expectation of complimentary parking. Upon my arrival at the hotel, the staff informed me about the available car parking options. However, visualizing the arrangements was a bit challenging, especially since I had a lot of luggage and was uncertain about the security of public parking. Finding the hotel's location proved to be a struggle, as it was situated in a hilly area. Despite this, my initial feelings of being overwhelmed were quickly replaced by a sense of comfort and belonging, thanks to the exceptionally supportive and responsive staff. Although the hotel's location required navigating some stairs from the city, which was a bit of a challenge for me due to my physical condition, the warm and welcoming ambiance made me feel right at home. Despite having stayed in over six different hotels during the past couple of weeks, the breakfast experience at Boss Hotel, with its views of old houses and charming narrow streets, stood out as a highlight. As for parking, I eventually learned that it was permissible to park in the public area nearby, and the parking was complimentary. Additionally, I was given the option to park at the hotel for a fee of 10 euros per day.

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der antiken Stadt und es ist sehr praktisch, sich die Umgebung anzusehen. Der Service ist sehr gut und die Einstellung ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr reichhaltig, aber es gibt einige, Nährwertgarantie, absolut satt, am besten isst man gebratenes Brot, und fragt die Gäste, ob sie jeden Tag Omelette brauchen, sehr rücksichtsvoll. Ich blieb sechs Tage und gab mir ein kostenloses Upgrade-Zimmer, vielen Dank!

Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und rücksichtsvoll, das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, die Wohnausstattung ist vollständig, die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ruhig und es ist nur wenige Minuten von der Lateinerbrücke, den umliegenden Supermärkten und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall Dieses B&B auf einer Reise nach Sarajevo!

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it!
