I felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. I'd chosen this B&B for it's ease of getting to Optus Stadium having travelled from Melbourne for an AFL game. 350 metres from the direct bus and 700 metres from the direct train station. Victoria Park's main shopping and restaurant ***** is a block behind Durham Lodge, the local supermarket is an easy walk away, so if you've forgotten to pack something or want a variety of cuisines for lunch or dinner you've picked the perfect location. Durham Lodge provides an excellent continental breaksfast with a variety of cereals, juices, yoghurts, breads, condiments, teas and a Nespresso machine. Fresh fruit is also available. Guests can access the beverages at any time. There is a large lounge with a huge television and board games for guests to play. I had booked the Deluxe Queen Suite for 4 nights as it has its own private courtyard which I thought I might use but the weather during my stay didn't allow it. The bathroom has an enormous walk-in shower, large vanity with plenty of drawers and a cupboard for my toiletries, and a heating lamp in the light/fan combo. The bed was super comfy with excellent quality linen and 4 pillows. There was a large wardrobe with hangers, a luggage rack (although there was already one in the room), an iron and ironing board. I had a small fridge with tea and coffee making facilites although I used the kettle out i the lounge area mostly. Rooms also have their own split system so you can have your room at your desired temperature. Maurice is an exceptional host ably assisted by the delightful Millie, his dog, who would run to greet me when I returned from my adventures. Maurice was attending the same football match as me so led me to the bus stop to use and gave me excellent directions on how to return home. His property is very secure and even though it's on a main road, the double glazed windows eliminated any road noise. I found everything to be spotless and absolutely perfect. I will definitely return to stay here when I next venture across for an AFL match or even an AFLW game as Durham Lodge is also walking distance from Mineral Resources Park.

I have stayed at the hotel over the past 15 years and it has gradually become a little run down here and there but the worst change is the service, nobody has a smile or greets you as a guest, your just another inconvenience for them. I stayed in a ”Deluxe” King room last week and the Bathroom was dirty and the Shower over Bath is a disgrace (see photo). I don't think I'll be staying again until some marked improvements have been made.

From the call to book to getting our keys off valet when leaving the staff were bright cheerful and always going above and beyond to assist and make it a great stay. As always the metrapol room was to the highest of standards and far better experience than the other two hotels on offer due to the better facilities and restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Took the whole family kids aged 5 and 5 months and had a great time at the pool and kids play area provided for them. The morning before leaving made our way down to the gaming floor and in true crown fashion the machines gave us back everything we had spent on our stay so our weekend away ended up being free.

Free upgrade to Metropol which is bigger hotel and better amenities. The hotel is like a resort combined with many hotels, restaurants and ****** owned by Crown, it feels like you are in a different city. Most importantly it provides free carpark (outdoor). Would love to comeback again.

From the moment we arrived to the last second of our 2 night stay we were treated like royalty, the room was luxurious with well appointed amenities and soft luxurious bedding. The view is to die for looking out over perth city and the Swan River, and really is breathtaking of a night time. The hotel has a vast amount of thing to entertain you so realistically no need to leave, (and we didnt). Everything is within walking distance so it is very well situated. The pool area is divine with infinity pools and 2 jacuzzi's for those slightly cooler days. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to satisfy every craving! Even if it is some dirty old mcdonalds haha. Overall this experience was a 6 star experience. Definitely one we will be doing again very soon in the future.

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von Aloft Hotel Perth. Wir hatten ein achzehnter Stock Zwillingszimmer, das geräumig war und einen großen Blick auf den Swan River hatte. Das Zimmer beinhaltete einen Wohnzimmer entlang des Fensters, einen riesigen TV und ein großes Badezimmer/Kleidungsbereich, das sowohl luxuriös als auch funktionell war. Das Zimmer beinhaltete auch einen leeren Kühlschrank, so dass Sie Ihre eigenen Sachen hinzufügen oder sie unten kaufen können. Wir hatten ein Frühstück enthalten, das mehr als ein angemessenes Buffet Frühstück war, mit allem gut gekocht und auch gesund und sicher gehalten (z.B., bedeckt, in einem Kühlschrank). Als Mitglied von Marriott Bonvoy habe ich einige zusätzliche Artikel im Zimmer (Zusatzküken, Zahnbürsten) gefragt und sie waren alle dort. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Es gibt ein Sushi Restaurant neben der Tür, das war, wo wir essen hatten (wie wir Asiaten essen bevorzugen). Es wurde fest verpackt mit einer halben Stunde warten, so dass Sie sich dessen bewusst, früh dorthin kommen und Ihren Namen auf diese Warteliste setzen. Das Essen war OK, nichts Sterne, aber ziemlich essend.

Wir reservierten eine Premiersuite über den Fluss. Bei Einreise ins Zimmer waren die Gebäude, nicht eine Flussblick. Die Wohnung war flüchtig mit verschiedenen beschädigten Gegenständen, bei Beschwerden, wir erhielten “da gibt es nichts, was wir tun können”. Der Manager weigerte sich auch, mit uns zu sprechen, mit einer ähnlichen oder unauffälligen Einstellung, die es von der Mitarbeiter. Sie bieten Zimmerservice jedoch 2 von den Tagen, sie kamen nicht. Die meisten Tage sie nicht fertiggestellt Handtücher, Tee, Kaffee Ect. Ich habe 4 Tage gezählt, als der Zimmerservice richtig durchgeführt wurde. Wenn Sie ein Zimmer mit schmutzigen Fenstern, schmutzigen Zeichnungen, Tische, Stühlen... mit begrenztem Zimmerservice und unbehilflichem Personal wollen, ist das der Aufenthaltsort.

Ausgezeichnete Aussichten, wir hatten den Swan & Waterfront Park als unser Zimmer mit Blick. Sehr nützlich für Bushalter gehen beide Richtung, und Komfort-Shops in der Nähe. Frühstück war großartig, aber wir betrügen und gingen nach The Hyatt nebenan zum Abendessen als Treatment. Ausgezeichnete Dusche und Bett war komfortabel.

Great place to stay. Always stay when I come to Perth

Die Lage des Zimmers war groß -grund. Viele Parkplätze sind verfügbar. Ich ging früh am Morgen und entdeckte, dass die Tür in die Parkfläche verriegelt war, so dass Sie durch die Rezeption existieren, die gute Sicherheit für die Gäste und die Sicherheit Ihres Autos war.Der Kerl an der Rezeption war angenehm und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sauber und einfach, aber die Pflege für die Reisenden benötigt. Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen & nicht jeder kann mehr als $100 pro Nacht und wohnen anderswo.Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr gut mit heißem Wasser. Aber leider war die Matratze schwer zu schlafen und die Kissen waren wie Bricks. Nehmen Sie Ihre eigenen Kissen!
