What an amazing hotel. The building is beautiful and you feel like your back in time. The staff was also very friendly and the room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. The area is perfect to see all the waterfalls and the beautiful nature.

Anything but a resort, honestly. BUT Pros: Upon deciding that my mum will be coming with me, i called reception and informed them if they're able to upgrade me from a single bed room to 2 bed rooms. There is a charge though ($10 from memory). The rooms are divided between upstairs and downstairs. When i got there i realized the room was upstairs which wasn't convenient for my elderly mother, staff happily changed it to the ground level. Ground level rooms are VERY accessible and safe with parking straight infront of the room. Beds very comfy. Room very room, didn't even need the AC. They had in room service if need be. Location great. Close to multiple shops and major centers as well as great beaches! They offer after hours self check in which is great. Room are very secure. Cons: Stayed for few nights with my mum for work purposes. Since i was away on site working, my mum had the leisure of observing the cleaning ladies cleaning routines. The lady used the same rag to clean the bathroom sink and floor to clean the kitchen cabinets, countertops and other furniture in the room. Called reception immediately and notified them. They apologized and said they'll chat with them before their next round. Room was small, with limited in-room facilities. Only kettle and toaster was provided. As well as an ancient microwave and a mini fridge that doesn't provide appropriate circular air to keep items cool. Mugs and plates are provided. But bring your own like we did just for extra cleanliness. No sink outside of the bathroom's one which is very gross to clean your dishes. Now the bathroom! Holly crap. Terrible. Small, not clean, very old and moldy. I hated going in there to do my business when i had to. Best part about it is the shower, very warm water. Lighting is horrible. In room service food as well as the local restaurant food was horrible and expensive. Save your money and don't order anything from within the 'resort'. There's many others nearby cafes and restos nearby. Staff a bit standoff ish. Couldn't be bothered to explain few things that i've asked. For the price that was paid, just stay elsewhere.

Shellharbour Village Motel ist zentral für alles in Shellharbour. Die meisten Orte sind in Fußabstand. Versteckt weg von hohen Verkehrsbereichen, so sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, das Bett super komfortabel, eine Menge Lager, Gepäckstand, Sofa und kleines Essenstisch. Es gab eine Mikrowelle auch Tee und Kaffeemaschine. Das Badezimmer ist so geräumig. Sie müssen in ein Bad für die Dusche gehen (für uns war kein Problem). Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, glücklich, wo sie können und sehr gute Kenntnisse des Shellharbour-Gebiets. Es gibt ein thailändisches Restaurant im Motel. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, und es ist renoviert, aber es fühlt sich immer noch einfach, insbesondere schwach. Das Bett ist eine King-Size-Vereinigung von zwei Einzelbetten. Der Balkon hat eine einfache Tischschale, die völlig nicht geeignet ist, draußen zu sitzen und einen Glas zu genießen. Die einzige Unterhaltungsstelle ist das alte Fitnesszimmer unten und ein Restaurant, das in den 90er Jahren gefühlt wurde. Es gibt keinen Vorteil beim Frühstück im Hotel, und der Lebensmittelinhalt ist enttäuschend. Es gibt die grundlegenden Weizen, Eier und Brot. Warum sollte man hart zum Frühstück für die Menschen machen? Die Landschaft des Frühstücks ist gut, die einzige Plus. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist auch professionell freundlich. Insgesamt fühlt es sich enttäuschend, in einem der einzigen großen Hotels in Kiama zu sitzen, es gibt keinen Wettbewerb, die Einrichtungen sind so alt und werden nicht wieder auswählen.
