Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Eureka-Gebäude, das State Art Museum und die Royal Botanic Gardens. Es sind nicht mehr als 10 Minuten. Wir entschieden uns für das Eureka Building als günstiges Hotel. Der einzige Fehler am Abend ist, dass der Preis etwas höher ist, aber immer noch akzeptabel.

komfortable, komfortabel und guter Wert für Geld. gute lokale Einrichtungen, Einrichtungen und Restaurants/Food Outlets. in der Nähe der Stadt mit einfachem Zugang zum Tram. Wohnung war geräumig und gut eingerichtet. wirklich wollte für nichts und würde eine passen Kleine Familie oder 2 Paare mit Leichtigkeit.

Sehr freundlich sauber geräumig komfortable gut gelegene Badezimmer war sauber guter Kaffee und Tee Frühstück Geschäfte nicht weit eine Möglichkeit einfache Parkplatz guten Klimaanlage sehr sicher würde empfehlen, dass jeder meiner Freunde wieder bleiben, wenn in Melbourne wieder

Ausgezeichnete Wohnung.Großes Personal und Service.Nichts zu viel Probleme.Sehr sauber und gut gepflegte Gemeindebereiche.Rezeption ein sehr willkommener Raum. Personal sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und effizient. Perfekte Lage für Southbank, die Stadt und Attraktionen. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen.

Die Möbel und Küchenausstattung sind sehr komplett, was für kleine Familien sehr gut geeignet ist, um Zutaten zu kaufen und nachzukochen!
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, zusätzlich ist das Geräusch der Heizung etwas laut, beim nächsten Mal hat man die Möglichkeit das gleiche Hotel wieder zu buchen

GGuest UserI’d like to share our Villa experience at Crown Towers Melbourne room 3138 from 29th to 31st May 2023. To start, our greeting from Anthony and Sarah was simply delightful with champagne and the ultimate introduction of the room. We couldn’t have asked for anything more on arrival. The housekeeping attention to detail was excellent, though a mop was left in the second lavatory on the 2nd day. Not a big deal for us, however it’s those small touches that could impact other guests impressions. The bed was WOW - the linens, wow wow wow, like a cloud. The Koko Black chocolates were beautiful though the fruit bowl was nothing to be desired, a fruit platter would have made a nicer touch. The ceramics and art work in the Villa were spectacular though please inspect and dust the two ceramic cranes in the bedroom, the dust on them was so thick, I don’t think it had been done for a couple of months. The power plug at the bedroom window was slightly off the wall requiring maintenance and scuff marks on the walls. There was some feedback that we would like to give that would’ve made our stay absolutely incredible and memorable and what we thought would have been included as a ‘butler touch’ but failed to deliver. (Noting that we have stayed at numerous other properties globally that do this) For example, Knowing that it was our anniversary, a romantic bath or rose petals on the bed after we returned from the club room, would’ve been a nice touch Knowing that we were going to stay in, enjoy the room and watch movies, a small gesture of popcorn or movie snacks would’ve been a nice touch. I would have loved if it was offered to have our luggage unpacked. The in-room tablet is a big thing for us. It’s something that influences us to stay at Crown! Knowing that we can order room service at any time from the tablet. This never worked and was never able to be fixed for the duration of stay. This was a big letdown. On our second night the turndown service came approximately 1600. It was the two Butler team, plus two Housekeeper‘s, it would’ve been better if they had of waited until we went to the club room at 1730, so we were not disturbed. Overall, I don’t think you can offer the butler service as a selling point because we were not offered anything different than when we have stayed in the Premier Club suite. If the Butlers are meant to offer you services, then this feedback should definitely be delivered because we were not offered anything above and beyond what we would get in a standard Crown Suite. Though worthy to note that any time we interacted with any of the Butler team, the communication was professional and delightful. I do expect absolute perfection in hotels (and I’m happy to pay the price) but there were just a few imperfections that need attention. I have booked again for my 40th birthday because the room was so beautiful but I will come prepared with a list of requests for the butler team since its more ‘ask and you’ll receive’ rather than ‘we will

GGuest UserAlles über diesen Ort sagt Motel, nicht 5 Star Hotel. Mangel an Hausaufbewahrung - unser Zimmer wurde in 7 Tagen zweimal gereinigt und nicht gut. Wir haben endlich aufgefüttert und gefragt, um saubere Handtücher. Als wir bei der Rezeption anreisen, gab es andere Gäste, die sich über ihre schmutzigen Zimmer beschweren. Fünftes Restaurant - das Frühstücksbuffet war schrecklich. Es gab keine Omelettebar oder sogar eine Basis Pancake-Maschine. Keine Option für Barista-Made-Kaffee, das ist ein Minimum in jedem “5-Sterne-Hotel”. Strato Restaurant - wir reservierten das für eine besondere Gelegenheit. Es gab keine Anerkennung. Sie setzen uns an einem Tisch neben der Küchentür und in einem Ecke mit keiner Aussicht, obwohl ein guter Eckestisch leer ist die ganze Zeit, die wir dort waren. Wir warten jeweils 30 Minuten für 2 Kurse und wir essen noch 30 Minuten nach der 2-Stunden-Zuweisung. Die Atmosphäre wurde ständig durch die Küche schreien “Service bitte!” Nur oben war das zusätzliche Brot und kostenlose Mocktail, die sie uns angeboten, ich nehme an, aufgrund des langsamen Services. Langsamer Aufzug - wir mussten eine zusätzliche 15 Minuten für unsere Abreise zuweisen, wenn wir das Zimmer verlassen. Armer Service - wie bereits pro gesagt, der Service war sehr schlecht, wenn Sie ihn mit einem anderen 5-Sterne-Hotel verglichen. Es war durchschnittlich, wenn Sie denken, Sie sind im Motel. Zusätzlich war der Service im Lobbybar, weil sie Trainingspersonal waren, lächerlich langsam. Wir warten 15 Minuten auf sie, 2 Weine zu servieren. Die Empfangsstelle war auch aus Gutscheinen (ein Teil unseres Pakets) herausgelaufen und sagte uns, später zurückzukommen und zu sagen: „Wir haben vergessen, einige unserer Gutscheine zu holen“, anstatt ihre Fehler zu erkennen. Lage - wir wussten, dass das geht, aber es ist ein langer Spaziergang in die CBD und Sie brauchen eine Myki-Karte, weil die nächste Tramhaltestelle außerhalb der Freizone ist. Zusammenfassend: Vermeiden Sie diesen Ort, wenn Sie Luxus suchen. Wir haben das für eine besondere Gelegenheit gebucht und waren sehr enttäuscht. Das einzige gute ist die Ansichten von einigen Teilen der Restaurants.

Bad ideal mit allen Einrichtungen in Pumpenflaschen so reichhaltige Versorgung. Freundliches Personal mit schneller Check-in. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich Getreidebrot mit Milchsaft geschrotet Eissauce brauner Bacon. 10 von 10

GGastnutzerA two day getaway in the King Loft left me wishing I could stay longer. The staff at Crown Metropol made me feel welcome and were nothing but professional, friendly and accomodating. It really was a home away from home, a bed so comfortable that a sleep in didn't feel wrong. Gifted a VIP welcome of French champagne and chocolates that continued to another surprise of an immaculately turned down room and more treats the next day left all of Us smiling. The extras and attention to detail was first class with the added benefits of amazing views over Melbourne in a luxurious apartment that my family didn’t want to leave. I haven’t even mentioned the pool and day spa, or breakfast at Mr Hives! Thank you Crown Metropol ♥️♥️

GGuest UserDie Lage ist gut, wenn Sie zum Konventszentrum gehen müssen, da es nur etwa 6 oder 7 Minuten flachen Fußgänger. Die junge Frau aus Michigan am Concierge war SUPER hilfreich und freundlich. Und die Kontrolle in der Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, wissensvoll und freundlich. Das Zimmer war eine gute Größe, das Königsbett war komfortabel, viele Kissen und ein Untergeschoss machte das Bett schön zu kommen. Die Fensteraussichten waren nichts Besonderes, als wir einige Gebäude und eine Autobahn sahen. Das Hausbetreuung hat eine tolle Arbeit mit der Entnahme von Kleiderschranken, der Ersetzung von Handtüchern und immer sichergestellt, dass wir Wasser, Creme und Kaffee/Espresso hatten. Zimmer mit Zahnbürsten, Mundwasch, qtips, Duschegel, Bar-Seife, Shampoo und Klimaanlage. Es gab einen Haartrockner, ein Kühlschrank und eine Dusche mit einem Regentyp Duschekopf. Front Desk hat Adapter zur Verfügung, wenn Sie nicht mit einem. Überall war es ein guter Aufenthalt Nicht viele Geschäfte (Gemüse oder Komfort) in der Umgebung, aber es war super einfach, einen Uber zu bekommen.

GGuest UserStayed here for 2 nights on a quick trip to Melbourne. Very comfortable bed and plenty of room in the walk in wardrobe for your luggage and clothes. Little tight getting around the bed however nothing major. Plenty of room in the living kitchen area. Close to Woolies and walking distance to city and South Melbourne. Would stay here again
