Wir hatten es eilig und hatten keine Zeit zum Frühstücken. Das Zimmer ist recht groß und sollte bei Bedarf Platz für ein Zustellbett bieten. Kann Kinder mitnehmen. Das Zimmer selbst ist ein Doppelbett + ein Einzelbett. Eine dreiköpfige Familie bleibt, schläft bequemer und fühlt sich nicht überfüllt. Dies ist ein Landresort. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und Sie können parken.

Das Hotel liegt an der Straße, sehr gut zu finden, das Auto kann direkt auf der anderen Seite des Zimmers parken, der Service ist enthusiastisch, die Wochenendebar hat ein Live-Song, die Umgebung ist gut, das Restaurant ist etwas teuer, die Nacht schlafen ruhig, es gibt keine Küche, die näher an der Weinberge, ich sollte die erste Bemerkung hinterlassen!

Die Buchung auf Trip.com war reibungslos, obwohl ich voraus bezahlt und das Hotel nicht realisiert und per E-Mail um mich zu bitten, Zahlung zu machen. Check-in-Personal war schön, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Karte mit den Anweisungen, um in mein Zimmer zu kommen, war ein wenig schwer zu folgen, weil die Tastaturnummern der Sicherheitstür in der Nachmittagssonne unsichtbar waren, bis ich auf den Tastatur drückte. Das Einzelzimmer war gut, grundsätzlich aber sauber. Ich fand die Matratze sehr weich (vorzugsweise eine Firmenmatratze), so war mein Rücken ein bisschen schmerzhaft. Ich hatte einen tollen Bibambap zum Abendessen im Bistro unten und schätzte den 10% Rabatt. Es gab einige mechanische Lärm von einer Maschine außerhalb über Nacht, so dass ich das Fenster nicht für frische Luft öffnete, obwohl ich normalerweise hätte. Große Lage am Meer und auf Jetty Rd!

The room and hotel were lovely. Reception staff were great and coffees from the bistro were well made and tasty. I only had a very quick overnight visit to Adelaide, and really only used the hotel as a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable and room was large. I believe that public transport is nearby, but did not use it or have any chance to explore the immediate area. As far as I know the bistro/coffee shop is the only added feature the property offers.

This is a beautiful Hotel in a fantastic location. It is truly superb however my experience with the staff was below par. I had to ask the cleaner not to talk incessantly and loudly outside my room at 8am in the morning. Breakfast was sloppily served and the breakfast buffet area was disjointed so people and plates are bumping, the omelette ordering system wasn't explained and the staff looked at me like I was stupid and causing them inconvenience. The pancake maker needs servicing. The CEO of the hotel was talking to his staff at 10:15 am which was 15 minutes before breakfast service stopped. I recognised him from his picture on the TV in the room saying how privileged the hotel was to have us as a guest, however he didn't smile at his guests or stop and say hello and ask perhaps how our experience was. He was aloof and disinterested and I think that is how his staff act too, eg the cleaner was not genuinely sorry for causing the early morning noise, nor was the reception staff truly respectful when they allowed a one hour room use extension but forgot to apply the extra time to the key lock so I was locked out and had to come down 8 floors to rectify get access to the room. The hotel has an offer that if you do not get your room serviced on a 2 night stay then a $10 food voucher applies. Well, that exercise turned out to be like stealing gold. I was eligible for $20 as I had books two rooms but staff were really reluctant to acknowledge this offer. It's a great idea as it saves them costs to launder sheets and towels and also saves costs to clean the room and replenish toiletries. I don't know why they appeared so reluctant to honor it. Except for staff and customer service this hotel would receive a five star rating from me but now only a three and a half.
