"We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the past few years and always had a great experience, but unfortunately, this time fell short of expectations. The TV in our room wasn’t working, and when we contacted reception for assistance or an alternative, we were simply told to contact the technician ourselves. This was quite disappointing, as it impacted our stay — we didn’t have much to do in the room without the TV, and it made the overall experience less enjoyable. On top of that, we were disturbed by a baby crying between 1am and 2am, and again in the morning, which meant we didn’t get a proper rest. We were really looking forward to another great stay, but sadly, it didn’t live up to the standard we had come to expect."

"This hotel is beautiful, modern, fresh, thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Smooth and friendly check in. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We really felt that they thought of everything in this hotel. Customer service is top notch, including the hotel manager and duty manager. Although the hotel is not in the city, the metro line is a few steps from the hotel. Very quick and convenient to be in the city in under 2 minutes. Shout out to management, especially Sri who reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Very cleaned room and nice helpers. Near Macquarie Centre and metro, easy to go everywhere and shopping anytime. Nice laundry room and the fitness room. But the choice of breakfast provided by the hotel is very limited, still tastes good. We stayed for 7 nights and everything went well. This place is highly recommended. You can find many chargers in the room. Good privacy and quiet space."

"Es fühlt sich an, als wäre das Hotel ein kleines altes Haus, es gibt keinen Aufzug und es ist nicht freundlich zu Leuten mit viel Gepäck. Ich blieb drei Nächte, abgesehen von den Schmerzen beim Gepäcktransport, und die Serviceeinstellung des Ausländers war in Ordnung. Am nächsten Tag fing es jedoch an zu regnen und als ich schlief, stellte ich fest, dass ein wenig Wasser von der Decke auf das Bett tropfte. Obwohl es nicht viele waren, war die Schlafposition viel kleiner. Wir sagten der Rezeption am nächsten Morgen und sie sagten, sie würden uns helfen, ein Zimmer zu wechseln. Da wir es eilig hatten, auszugehen, ließen wir sie nicht sofort umziehen, aber als wir am Nachmittag zurückkamen, stellten wir fest, dass sie unsere Zimmer gewechselt und alles von unserem ursprünglichen Zimmer in das neue verlegt hatten. Ihre Arbeitseffizienz ist gut, aber da wir ihnen vor unserer Abreise nicht gesagt haben, dass sie uns beim Umzug helfen müssen, haben sie die Initiative ergriffen, unser ausgepacktes oder offenes Gepäck in ein neues Zimmer zu bringen. Auf diese Weise stellten wir beim Abholen des Gepäcks fest, dass das Gepäck unordentlich war (sie haben das Gepäck einfach mit dem Reißverschluss im mittleren Fach abgedeckt) und brauchten einige Zeit, um es selbst neu zu ordnen. Obwohl ich nichts verloren hatte, fühlte ich mich trotzdem unwohl."

"Rein und geräumig Zimmer, Hotel ist 5 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Macquarie Park entfernt, ~20 Gehminuten vom Einkaufszentrum Macquarie entfernt. Nicht sehr aufregend, aber das Unternehmen, das ich besuchte, war nah an, deshalb habe ich die Crown Plaza gewählt. Schönes und freundliches Personal, die Rezeption und das Restaurant. Kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants direkt gegen die Straße, (Malaysia, Thailand, Kebab, KFC, Macdonald, ....)"

"What a gem!! A peaceful setting yet so convenient to get to the city with the metro stop (North Ryde) only a short walking distance away and only four stops from city central - less than 25 minutes! Kitchen is well stocked and we easily cooked for our family of four. It’s a great option for families looking for the flexibility to eat in, enjoy peaceful nights, and getting to the city hassle free."

"Great location as my wife was in Macquarie University Hospital. Reception was friendly and professional albeit my booking details seemed elusive but this was quickly sorted. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare and was fresh and plentiful. Parking is outdoor and was not included in the tariff but was relatively inexpensive and plenty of spots."

"outside the hotel was a bus stop that you can take to Chatswood and across the road was the bus stop to get the Metro to Central but if he missed the bus it’s only a nine minute walk from the station which is a really good the hotel staff was really nice and it had a restaurant at the bottom"
