I had the BEST stay here! Over the last few weeks I’ve stayed in a few hotels in the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast before getting to Brisbane. My 2 night stay at The Brook was the best so far! The room was so nice & clean, the staff were warm, friendly & helpful. The food at the restaurant was delish & the little extra’s were such a nice touch & so appreciated. There was a complimentary drink offered for the restaurant, a 10% discount on food, nice bottle of red wine in the room, and in the bathroom there was double the toiletries (which was so good because you know 1 of those tiny bottles of shower gel is never enough). They even gave me a late check out at no extra charge. Gemma & Emma in the restaurant/bar were so helpful, kind & down to earth. And the tree! The tree covered in fairy lights was the highlight. Overall, I can not fault it!! It was amazing & I would definitely stay again!

If you want basic, grubby, unfriendly service and not after value for money then this is the place for you, After going into our first room that smelt like someone had been smoking in there for years on end then second room provided was no better at all, Cleanliness is not existent in this establishment at all. Walls stained, cutlery draw had food scraps, toilet dirty, hair is sink and pillowcases which shows these aren’t changed, dishwasher still with food in it, sofa badly stained and overall entire apartment was dusty. Given we were travelling with our 7 month old daughter we didn’t want to stay put given how disgusting the place was but was denied a refund after going down to express our concerns. We were forced to sleep / stay here despite it being so grubby!! Emailed and sent messages hoping some action would be taken following morning but nothing, Goes to show they expect a premium price but want to deliver less than even remotely satisfactory. DO NOT STAY HERE If it wasn’t for the hospital next door this place would not stand a chance with these standards. Management clearly have no regard for their guests. Worst stay we have experienced. To be refused a refund and told there was nothing they could do is a joke. You have been warned

The motel was easy to navigate to for us country bumpkins who don’t drive in the city we could walk to the Westfield shopping centre rooms clean and tidy we had 16 and it was at the back so not much road noise for being on a busy road. Aldi next door was a great convenience

Das Frühstück wurde alleine im Zimmer eingenommen. Es gab nur ein einfaches Frühstück mit Brot und Milch. Die beiden Betten waren ein kleines Bett von 90 cm. Das große Bett war ein kleines Bett. Das Hotel liegt neben einem großen Einkaufszentrum. Es ist nur eine Straße entfernt. Das australische Einkaufszentrum schloss früh und war vor 18 Uhr geschlossen.

Staff were friendly; the room was nice. The swimming pool had quite a lot of leaves in it. The gym set up was a bit strange; there is a partner gym 3 minutes walk away which is really well kitted out. However the hotel ask you to pay the gym provider directly to go; then bring a receipt to reception with your bank details, and they will then ‘pass them to accounts’ for a refund. Seems like a ball ache - esp with a UK bank account. Breakfast was not great. Bananas were all past their best.

Ausgezeichnet in jeder Hinsicht 10 von 10 Zimmer sind geräumig sauber und komfortabel mit allen Einrichtungen Kühlschrank, Jug,etc sehr komfortabel Bett. riesige moderne Badezimmer. Sehr hilfreich und zwingend Personal ist nichts für sie zu viel Probleme. Sichere Unterdrückungsparkplätze, wenn Sie es brauchen. Die Lage sollte das Beste in Brisbane sein alles, was Sie möchten, ist eine kurze Spazierfahrt oder eine kurze Reise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Dies wird der erste Ort, an dem ich Kontakt für Unterkunft nächstes Mal in Brisbane zu bleiben. Eine extrem angenehm und wertvoll für Gelder Erfahrung 10 von 10 halten den hohen Standard

My husband and I recently stayed at the Herston Place Motel . We found the manager Chris to be completely professional ,friendly and accomodating. Nothing was too much hassle. He was very courteous and had a great and wicked sense of humour. He was well dressed and very likeable. A great character indeed. He treated us like long lost friends. The room was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need. We will most definitely stay there again on our next trip. Big thumbs up. Lyn and John.

Es gibt einen Parkplatz, die Lage ist gut, daneben gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum und einen asiatischen Supermarkt. Es ist sehr bequem zu essen und zu trinken. Es ist sehr nah am Flughafen, aber es ist nicht laut. Das Frühstück ist Milchkaffeebrot vom Zimmer genommen.
