So I was impressed with a few things. Firstly, the outside is older looking and could do with a redo. The ammenities were actually pretty good. The hair dryer was a brand new looking Dyson thing. Pity I don't use hair dryers. It was fairly quiet from the road noise but there was someone upstairs making noise at 7am on a Sunday morning. Not cool. No sleep in and so it ruined it a bit for me. Otherwise the place is ok for the price and I'd stay there again. Just not with the noisy cleaner or whatever it was. Squirrels, possums, elephants. We'll never know.

it is a very good hotel both in location services and other everything room is so so big and I invited my friends to chill here they allow me to early check in which helped a lot surely will stay here again if come to sydney

是和sofitel，novotel一個集團下的，房間比較寬敞舒適，但是沒有洗漱用品和拖鞋這在澳洲酒店裡是很正常的。交通便利和附近的各種餐廳和便利店都是這個酒店值得加分的地方

Very near Chatswood train station. Easy accessible to get around. Lots of eateries and cafes. Shopping malls as well. We have booked a room with 2 bedrooms for 5 of us. Spacious for us. 1 room with big bed and another with twin bed plus a big sofa bed. This room is good for family. Able to see sun rise from the balcony. Hotel staff was friendly and polite. Will definitely book this place when we are back to Sydney. Thank you

Schönes Hotel. Normalerweise guter Preis, außer wenn sie fast voll sind, dann kann es teuer werden. Aber die meisten Zeit guter Preis für Geld. Personal ist sehr freundlich und freundlich und die meisten Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Einige Zimmer sind etwas grob und datiert, aber sie werden langsam renoviert. I think the facilities of the room can be much improved. The cover of the freezer box inside the refrigerator is badly broken. The instruction of the in-room safety deposite box is totally faded out and can hardly be read. The surface of the floor of the bath room is far away from evenly and lots of water going out from the shower area and a small well of water thus formed around the drainage. Therefore, the small well of water never dry throughout my stay.

In general, the room was clean,big and had all the amenities we need. The only problem was that the room was really hot so we had to blast the AC for 30 min. The front desk was also really helpful and called us after we left a charger in the room. Overall, great place to stay.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, aber der Balkon ist zu klein und hat keine Aussicht. Die Waschmaschine ist nicht einfach zu bedienen und die Kleidung kann nicht getrocknet werden. Der Service an der Rezeption ist herzlich und aufmerksam Kostenloser Kaffee in der Lobby jeden Morgen vor 9:30 Uhr☕️, der speziell gerne zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Es ist bequem zu reisen, da verschiedene chinesische Restaurants, verschiedene große Geschäfte und Supermärkte in der Nähe sind. Es liegt auch in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und der U-Bahn. Sehr angenehm.

What a gem!! A peaceful setting yet so convenient to get to the city with the metro stop (North Ryde) only a short walking distance away and only four stops from city central - less than 25 minutes! Kitchen is well stocked and we easily cooked for our family of four. It’s a great option for families looking for the flexibility to eat in, enjoy peaceful nights, and getting to the city hassle free.

This is not really a deluxe room; it’s very basic. It seems to be an adapted space, likely from the former reception area. It only offers the bare minimum for an overnight stay. The breakfast is very weak, with very few options (barely enough to be considered as “included”). But it was ok. There is a bus stop within a 3–4 minute walk, and metro stations are about 11–12 minutes and 21–22 minutes away on foot.
