Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, ruhig und komfortabel, direkt am Meer, das Zimmer hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Sie können entlang der Hauptstraße zum Pier und in die Stadt laufen, kommen aber nachts so früh wie möglich zurück. Nur eine Seite der Straße ist etwas dunkel, obwohl es nicht gefährlich ist.

A lovely place to stay in Kingscote and literally across the street from the bay. The owners were wonderful and prompt with communication at all stages and offered helpful suggestions on places to visit. Villa was spacious with plenty of storage space - could definitely stay here for a week or two! It was a 2 BR unit, but we only used one of the bedrooms. Villa and decor were contemporary. Kitchen had basic necessities in terms of dishes/glasses/flatware (pretty much just four of each) - which seem to be consistent, if not generous, among apartments and apartment hotels in Australia. Many other nice touches, including a liter of milk, local coffees and teas, and assorted cereals. Plenty of dish detergent, clothes detergent and bath towels. There is a washing machine, but no dryer; a drying rack is provided. Wi-fi was excellent. Nice to have adjoining private garage.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever been. The hosts are very nice, helpful from the booking to the Check-out, everything indicated exactly and you feel the appreciation for the guests with every writing and also inside the house, very comfortable and arranged with love. The shalom house is situated very calm, a little bit aside and with a beautiful view. Inside is everything you need and outside a nice place to sit. The surrounding garden ist amazing and we have seen lots of birds, koalas and kangaroos. The Labyrinth is mystic and wonderful. Thanks Zanne and Dirk for everything, you made our stay in Emu bay KI very special.

This hotel overlooks American River and sits adjoining a beautiful old Eucalyptus forest. We awoke to a spectacular sunrise from our room and a myriad of birds. The hotel goes above and beyond by providing maps for nearby walking trails. (Try the old cannery walk), torches for self guided nocturnal walks and does pelican feeding in the morning. Just 25 min from Kingscote airport. It does beautiful KI proud.
