Ein guter Aufbau mit Parkplatz verfügbar, zugegebenermaßen bezahlen Sie eine Gebühr, aber eine gute Option. Ich konnte das Fernsehen nicht zu arbeiten, aber es wurde sehr schnell von freundlichen Mitarbeitern behebt. Keine Anweisungen zur Navigation des Fernsehens usw.... Es wäre schön, ein Buch mit Informationen über Restaurant etc... nah. Es war. I don't know why this hotel is rated 4 stars. It is 2 stars at best. We stayed for four nights, and our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for fresh towels on the third day. We emptied the trash ourselves as it became apparent the property does not offer cleaning service. There isn't a coffee maker in the room, and just a couple of forks and a couple of plates. The room itself felt dirty. The main areas of the building, including the entrance and walkways, were littered with leaves and other materials. We informed a cleaner the area needed to be vacuumed and he said it wasn't his job. We informed the front desk, and they simply nodded their heads. There is a language barrier with the front desk staff. I would not stay here given the lack of cleanliness and service. There aren't many choices in Kew, but I would look in Hawthrone or Richmond, which are relatively close to Kew.

komfortable mit Klimaanlage und ein gutes Badezimmer und Küche und gereinigt sehr gut plus sehr ruhig und gut Dusche plus ruhig im Halle gute Kundenservice und eine Menge Frieden gute Leute um das Gebäude und sehr sauber nicht wie Dump andere Hotels.

Habe dieses Hotel zum ersten Mal online gebucht und es fühlt sich sehr gut an. Das Hotel ist sehr kostengünstig und die Einrichtungen sind gut. Wir sind eine dreiköpfige Familie und die Kindererfahrung ist ziemlich gut.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für einen Abendessen, und das Hotel ist in der Nähe von IGA, das sich in der Nähe befindet. Die Wohnung war schön und sauber, das Rezeption-Personal war freundlich und einfach von dem Park zum Zimmer zuzugreifen, für einen einfachen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Auch schöne und ruhige Lage.

Ein großer Ort, um zu bleiben, meine einzige negative Bemerkung wäre, dass die Außenflächen sauberer sein könnten, wie auch in den Balkonen ein paar Dinge nicht so funktionierten das Telefon und einige der Stromsockel. Außer diesem großen Aufenthalt!

The building is only a few years old but already showing early signs of wear in public areas. However the room itself was very clean and well designed. We stayed in a base rate room and while on the smaller side was ample space for what we needed. The king bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious and great pressure. A coffee machine with pods is provided. Access to the hotel from the west is extremely easy but if you are approaching from the east there is no way to turn right into the hotel and you have to go a fair way down the road before you can turn around and come all the way back. Once on property there is a nice curved driveway to park while you are checking in. Parking onsite was $35 but as I had read these reviews I knew to ask about the street parking and was told it would cost $15. I said ‘I thought on the weekends it was free’ and they responded ‘oh yes, we can give you complimentary parking’ (Haha). The staff were very friendly. The street parking is on the street along the nearby river (Yarra Blvd) and takes 1 min to walk across a grass parkland to this street. On the weekend it seemed a very quiet street and safe to park. This street parking is metered parking between 8am-5pm Mon- Fri so the hotel can provide a pass for $15 but if your stay is outside these hours you can park for free. The tram station is immediately out the front of this hotel so although it is a fair way from the CBD it is easy access to Melbourne. Our T.V. remote was not working (maybe old batteries) so we were unable to watch T.V. and the clock beside the bed lit up the time while the lights were on but seemed to be light activated because once all lights were switched of it also switched off so you could not see the time during the night - so keep your phone clock handy.

Second time we stayed here because we were preparing our house for sale. Close to our children's school and Camberwell train station. Both our stay here we were given an apartment facing laneway (rear) not facing the petrol station or camberwell rd. So it was quiet and private. Cleaning was ok. They really need to air the apartment for it always smell of food. Beds are OK. Good enough. Location is great for us. Parking is secure but an extra fee of $10/day. Kitchen is ok. A bit small. dishwasher is too small. Dining plates too big for dishwasher! No where to dry dishes when washed manually. Washing machine available. No dryer or drying room. Could hear people next door coughing from our lounge room. Janet the manager was ok. Not the friendliest. Would stay here again because of the location. Better than Quest Apartments!
