Finde Hotels in Inverloch

We were greeted at reception by ”Yes” not hi how are you or how can we help you - just ”Yes”. Hubby and I have stayed at Creswick RACV resort 3 time which is much cheaper and have loved staying there, especially the friendly staff. We though we would try Inverloch as its a little closer and we wouldn't have to go through the city. So far our experience couldn't be more opposite from Creswick. After going to our room to have a rest as hubby had worked all morning before driving here, all we could here in our room was a group of people talking loudly in the next room. I realised we had an interconnecting room with them so the noise was easily travelling into our room. I went to reception and spoke to the same woman again, who looked annoyed she had to take her headset off to talk to me. I asked if there were multiple people staying in that room and she just said no there's only 2 people per room. I said well there's more than that in there and with the interconnecting room door the noise is coming straight into our room. She said well it's a hotel, there's other people staying here and they probably just have friends in their room. I said well the interconnecting done isn't helping to which she said in her snooty way, it's not our problem, that's just the way the hotel is designed. Nothing we can do about it. The service in the bar after that was no better. We were clearly looking for a menu only to be ignored. I then asked for a menu and was told they were on the tables. There was not 1 on a spare table. Was then told oh you can have that one there. As someone who paid extra to have a Premium room at $275.00 a night this is not a premium room and definitely not premium service! Do yourself a favour, save money and go to Creswick RACV resort instead if you want to go to an RACV resort.

We had 3 nights with 4 generations total of 5 adults - great grandfather, children, granddaughter and great grandchildren. Very wintry few days but we were very cosy in our heated cabin. Great grandchildren enjoyed the toddlers heated fun pool centre and heated pool. During the few hours of nice weather we did walks around the area. Very relaxing and enjoyable time had. Deluxe cabin of 3 bedroom and one ensuite cabin. We could cook our own meals, play games and made beautiful memories

Das ist das zweite Mal, dass wir hier geblieben sind. Gehen Sie mit den beiden Schlafkabinen dieses Mal. Kabine war sauber, gemütlich und warm, was wir brauchten. Nur unten war das warme Wasser nicht zu lange dauerte. Und aus Queensland nach kalten Victoria wir fühlten uns sicherlich kalt. Die Mitarbeiter waren großartig, um neue und frisches Leinen zu geben.
