Just finished our third stay at this park and we continue to be impressed. The facilities are always clean and the bins are always empty. There’s a nice pool and spa as well as a laundry with plenty of washing machines and driers. There’s even some private ensuites but I’d go for the older main showers. They are exceptional. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Great location, with a tram stop outside Adina, Coburg train station less than 10-minute walk away and parking available nearby or paid parking under Adina. The distance views of the city were great. The one-bedroom room contained a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette/lounge. The bedroom was lovely and spacious with a flat screen TV, safe, storage, etc. The bathroom included a washing machine and dryer. The kitchenette/lounge with a very comfortable couch, 2-seater small dining table, flat screen TV and kitchenette with a small dishwasher, medium size fridge, sink, etc. The room was lovely, well decorated and clean. Bar and restaurant onsite with a small shopping center behind Adina. Service was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here.

Great concept and the rooms are well done, some staff were ok but check in staff are shared between Adina and Interlude, they weren't helpful or knowledgeable. More than once when we asked questions, we were sent to someone else who then also may not have answers. Biggest disappointment was some things are very different to what's advertised. We were looking forward to enjoying time in the well-advertised Olivine Wine Bar, well too bad, despite it being advertised as a highlight and open 7 days a week (opening days have changed since we were there, not before) it wasn't open. Interlude had no food or drinks available for the evening we stayed. We had to leave Interlude and go to the fast-food outlets in the external complex. We could exit Interlude and access the fast-food outlets from an internal complex door but to re-enter Interlude we weren't able to use the same door. Apparently for security reasons, so we had to exit the complex and walk back via dimly lit foot paths. Clearly the security being considered when this decision was made was not the security of paying guests. The pool was advertised as exclusive to Interlude guests and 35 degrees, it was not exclusive, no private time as advertised and speaking with another person there he'd measured the water temp as 27 degrees. It was cold. Breakfast was very good, great service and good food. All in all, a great concept very poorly executed and very little concern for providing what is advertised to the paying guest.

Der Preis ist vernünftig, aber was Sie erwarten ist ein Budget-Motel. Sehr zentral gelegene Lage und bequem an verschiedenen Orten. Das Hotel ist nur auf der Hauptstraße, die ganz laut ist Tag und Nacht. Selbst um 11 Uhr nachts oder um 6 Uhr morgens würden Sie den Zug und Autolärm erwarten. Zurzeit gibt es keinen Zimmerservice. Sie können neues Bett beantragen, wenn es ein langes Aufenthalt ist, aber es ist nicht ermutigt. Begrenzte Sanitär- und Toilettenversorgung im Zimmer. Sie müssen die ganze Zeit fragen. (Nur ein paar Packungen Shampoo sind zur Verfügung. Kein Klimaanlage oder Duschegel) Keine Flasche Wasser sind zur Verfügung. Zimmer ist ein bisschen Staub. Bett ist schwer nicht sehr komfortabel. Der Eingang durch die Arkade ist ziemlich eng, um Ihr Auto in zu manövrieren. Sound-Beweis-System von Zimmer zu Zimmer ist nicht groß. Sie sollten für einen guten Nachbar beten, der nicht in der Mitternacht zurückkommt. Dieses so genannte Hotel ist ein Budget-Motel-Standard. Sie erwarten nicht viel. Ein kurzer Aufenthalt ist gut.

This budget hotel exceeds my expectations. It is near to the domestic airport, McDonald's, supermarket, etc. The sleep quality is excellent since the bedding and pillows are all comfortable. It will keep you warm during winter.

Lovely basic rooms and very clean and cost effective, located a short taxi ride from Melbourne Airport , they have counter meals on site but the hotel is literally located 5 minutes walk from lots of well known eating places like, Red Rooster and Hungry Jacks , Kmart is also over the road, however, for me, the best part of this place is the staff, professional, friendly and very very helpful !

Was a lovely place to stay. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Melbourne. Clean , staff were lovely , security parking . Easy access to local coffee shops. Highly Recommended

I was really impressed with the size of the rooms, which included a sofa, dining table, fridge, and beautiful bathroom. They have plenty of parking, and it's right by a tram stop if you're heading into the city. Comfy bed and friendly staff, what's not to like?!
