Stayed here for a night whilst visiting for a sporting event. Spacious room with two queen beds adequately sleeping 4. Located within the Yarella sports club, with various dining options was a bonus of not having to travel elsewhere to eat. Beds were comfy, bathroom clean and room was modern and quiet.

Ich habe einige Bewertungen gelesen, und es gab einige negative Konsens, die Zimmer waren nicht wie Bilder, einige Rose war im Spiel, um zu duppen und zu betrügen? Ich habe Google Maps geprüft und anderswo gesucht, ich hatte Zeit, schließlich. Der Preis war wirklich gut aber, und als ich zurück kam, um die Schlaffabrik zu sehen, beschloss ich, meine Erfahrung von dem Std Motel-Stilzimmer auf eine 1 BR-Einheit zu aktualisieren, die sie als auch haben, und neugierig, Als ich die Seite der Unterkunftsoptionen heruntergefahren habe, gab es keine Lücke! Einzelzimmer, Königinzimmer, 1 BR-Einheiten, Familieneinheiten, Villas von verschiedenen Größen? ! Ich habe Google Maps wieder geprüft, es sah nichts Besonderes aus, aber genau das machte es so gut! In tropischen Bäumen und Grünen fast unter Wasser sitzen, ist es nicht einfach zu sehen, wie groß, vielfältig, und geräumigt ist die Schlaffabrik, in ihrer Gesamtheit ... Sobald Sie sehen, wie groß es ist, und die Vielzahl von Zimmer- und Unterkunftsoptionen, die Sie haben, Sie begreifen zwei Dinge; Die Bewertungen sind unbegründet, diese Reisenden haben einfach nicht das Zimmer gewählt, das sie für das Zimmer Bild sie sahen. Meine 1 BR-Einheit sah viel besser aus, als die Bilder würden anführen - es gibt hier keine Subterfuge. Zweitens ist es nicht nur ein verstecktes Geschirr, es ist besser als zu gut, wahr zu sein. Es ist ruhig, Haustierfreundlich, sauber, gut serviert, freundliche Gastgeber, wunderschönes Internet (mit Ethernet in mein Zimmer!), großes Bett, große Badezimmer, großer Parkplatz, leichter Zugang, große Küche, Zum ersten Mal in meiner Reise konnte ich mein ganzes Auto, die Bügel und den Schlauch leicht entpacken, um es zu waschen. Alles unverpackt zu lagern, leicht im großen Einheitsbodenraum. Ich schreibe diese Bewertung nach meiner zweiten Buchung in The Sleep Factory

We booked a room for a family of 4 in Dec 2021, on our way to a Heron Island dive holiday. Although the room was very small for four people, it was adequate, and good value considering it was only $90 for the night. The room was unlocked when we arrived and a txt told us the key would be inside. We saw no motel staff at all during our stay. We left the room the next morning unlocked with the key inside, as we usually do. After our holiday we noticed the charge on our bank statement was $130 rather than $90 as quoted?? I emailed the motel enquiring why and an email sent from someone’s phone read (in verbatim): “During the clean there was missing pillows out of the rooms so there has been a surcharge, Regaurds management”. I replied via email, stating that we didn’t take any pillows, and that our bags were already fully packed with not only clothes but dive equipment and Christmas presents. Also, being without a car we would have had to carry any stolen pillows in the taxi and on the ferry to Heron Island and back. If indeed any pillows were actually missing from the room they may well have been taken prior to us arriving, since the room was left unlocked for us. I informed them that I find it very unprofessional for a business to charge above the quoted price without firstly seeking an explanation regarding the need for the extra charge, and it being unscrupulous for them not informing us of the extra charge. I took offence to the presumption of theft and of their dishonest practices and requested a full refund, else I would post up on TripAdvisor. I received no reply from the motel, nor to my follow-up email a week later. I would recommend if you have to stay at Rusty’s pay in cash as they cannot be trusted with your credit card details.

Überall sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, schöne Dusche, Fernseher, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Verfügbarkeit von Toaster, Bügeleisen usw. auf Anfrage an der Rezeption. Kostenlos vor Ort Parken. Würde wieder hier übernachten.

We were stranded by the Heron ferry on New Year's Eve and the island resort did nothing to help any of the guests. We got on our phones and were looking for a reasonably priced place to crash for the night. We got to the hotel and checked n without issue. It was super hot so we changed and headed for the pool. We were the only ones there! We asked the desk how many rooms were booked and she said like 20 only. The restaurant/bar was closed because the owner was on vacation. The town was basically dead and we felt like we were walking in the zombie apocalypses. We ended up ordering Tai for dinner and the 7 of us had the whole terrace and patio to our selves for the night. We ended up having a great time! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. For an unexpected stay we made the best of it and have a story to tell. Not a fancy hotel, but it did the trick for us.

I stay here often because of work commitments, and I must say that every stay couldn't be better! The rooms are always really clean and provide everything you could need. The staff are truly the best too.. and the breakfasts.. OMGod.. WOW! Excellently cooked and presented every time. I just LOVE everything about this motel really..!
