Ein schönes und relativ neues Courtyard nur ca. eine Viertelstunde vom Flughafen entfernt. (Für uns) Ideal, um die erste Nacht in Tampa zu verbringen und dann weiter zu fahren....

We stayed here for work. The staff were amazing and super personable. However, our room had dirty handprints on the bathroom walls. I carpet was also very dirty , I has socks on and they were discolored.

The checkin and room was fine. A problem I had was that only 1 of the 2 elevators was working. When I asked the front desk about it, they said the repair company was waiting for a part. That doesn’t explain why when I arrived on Sunday, the right elevator was the only one working but the next day, a holiday, only the left elevator was working. Not that big a deal, but if you are on the first floor and you hit the button and you see it's on the second floor, you watch it go to the top floor and stop on some floors on the way down before it comes all the way down. If both elevators worked, the other one would open right away. Like I said, not that big a deal, just annoying.

The hotel was new so it was nice, but there were few amenities for the cost. No complimentary breakfast. The restaurant was expensive and the food was not great.

Never got an email that my room was ready so I never went and I paid on line and I couldn't get through by phone when I called. Sad. And I called this morning n they picked n said they checked me out because I never showed at 3pm but I was waiting on an email to check in.. now they are saying the phone were not working . I need a refund I paid $166 and didn't stay there.

The hotel is new and nice, however, there is constant noise. You can't turn off the bathroom vent, so it never stops running. There is also noise from some other blowers or machines that you can hear all the time. The staff was nice and moved me to another room that was less noisy, but the background humming/blowing/running noise never stopped.

The team member serving at bar/dinner last night 27th Sept was excellent. The accommodation appears very new and extremely clean. Very impressed with the rooms. Would definitely stay here again

The staff was available, professional, helpful, & friendly. The room was clean, well-equipped, well decorated, and spacious. The bar/food service is a nice touch. The price was reasonable.
