"Always happy being here. Cuma tipe kabin ini ga cocok untuk anjing senior. Karena tangganya lumayan tinggi. (Note doggyku umur 11tahun) Kakinya ga kuat bolak balik. Anakku sih senang di cabin mainan air di jacuzzi sama toysnya. Cuma next time kayaknya bakal di deluxe glass house. Biar doggyku jg enjoy bisa mondar mandir keluar masuk tmptnya. Best thing adalah view dari bed. Bikin malas bangun dari ranjang kalau pagi2. 🤣"

云云帆HMDiese Hoteleinrichtung ist sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Frische Luft und sauberer Rasen.
Es ist sehr gut geeignet, um hier das Wochenende oder den Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden zu verbringen.
Aber der Weg zum Hotel ist nicht gut. Es ist sehr holprig und die Steigung ist steil. Ein gutes Auto und ein gutes Fahrkönnen sind zum Fahren hier bevorzugt.
Die Ausstattung dieses Hotels ist sehr gut. Das ganze Hotel liegt sehr ruhig im Col. Das Schieben des Fensters ist die frische Luft und der grüne Rasen. Natürlicher Sauerstoffriegel.
Es ist sehr gut geeignet, um ein Wochenende oder einen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden zu verbringen.
Aber der Weg zum Hotel ist nicht gut, schroff und steil. Wenn Sie hier fahren, ist es am besten, ein gutes Auto und gute Fahrkünste zu haben.

FFarah9307Ich habe den Hobbitraumtyp bucht und mein Kind liebe das Konzept so sehr und es ist so nah an den Spielplatz & Schwimmbad. Es ist nur der Frühstücksplatz so weit wir von dem Zimmer bis Seruni 3 zu gehen, das ist hoch mit vielen Treppen. Aber alles war ok & das Hotel ist sehr nahe dem Safari nur 5 Minuten Fahrt.

SShamsiah Saadonthe room was clean. the service was great. the staff was nice. especially the guard at the swimming pool named ‘Hadis’, he helped us find our transportation to go to Jakarta.
the food was really good. none of the food is disappointing. i was very much amazed by the sparkling water dispenser.
the location was very photographable. alot of beautiful scenery to take pictures with.

EEleasha ChanBasic hotel with no facilities except the swimming pool. Was shocked to know that the staffs still allowed people to swim when its raining heavily. The breakfast was a big no to me. All food were cold except perhaps the eggs area. The food were all opened up and not covered thus causing at times flies flying around. The room amenities was also basic but the one I cannot accept is that the shampoo & bath soap bottles were totally emptied. I had to call them to fill up, the staff came with a block of soap only & I had to tell them to refill those 2 bottles to which they cam half hour later & gosh, I think they add in water which makes the liquid so watery. With so many hotels nearby, I will not stay here again.

Es ist lange her, seit ich in Puncak war, vielleicht mehr als 15 Jahre. Ich kam mit den Kindern wieder hierher und beschloss, im Royal Safari Garden zu übernachten, und das war die richtige Wahl.
Lage: sehr strategisch, mit SM-Minimarkt, Safaripark und Imbiss.
Ausstattung: komplett!!! Nicht nur Zimmer, sondern auch Mini-Zoo, Vogelschau, Wasserpark, Frühstück mit Tieren, Spielplatz, Spielzimmer und vieles mehr.
Service: Alle waren sehr freundlich, angefangen vom Sicherheitsdienst, der Rezeption, dem Concierge, dem Restaurantteam bis hin zum Poolbesuch, alle waren sehr gut, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Persönliche Empfehlung, wenn man länger als 1 Nacht bleiben kann, weil es nicht ausreicht, wenn man übernachtet, ein sehr angenehmes Hotel für einen Urlaub mit der Familie.
Vielen Dank an Royal Safari und trip.com für diesen angenehmen Aufenthalt!!!

Room is great, but the toilet is quite small for some people with big/tall figures. The shuttle is helpful eventhough it was out of service for a couple of times. But the distance from parking lot to the lobby is not that far.
They only have 1 shuttle car for all guests. It would be great if Bobocabin provide more shuttle to the lobby, bcs the capacity for 1 shuttle is just for 3 persons and we need to wait for the car to go back and forth.

GGastnutzerStaff was very friendly & helpful, beautiful Location but my room attached toilet & shower has not a sink or mirror. Room window handle is not Safe Specially for Family. Kitchen has no Microwave or water boiler. I informed at reception too. I hope my next visit will be a batter Services & I recommend to Visit Urban view Resort.
