Ich habe im Rahmen meiner Uni mich für das Hotel entschieden und war sehr zufrieden! Wir haben ein neues, sauberes und modernes Zimmer bekommen zu einem billigen Preis. Besser gehts nicht und gerne wieder

Purtroppo non possiamo fare una recensione positiva in quanto abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi. Abbiamo tutti e tre, figlio compreso, passato una notte in bianco perché i cuscini lasciati in camera non sono degni del nome e il letto singolo aggiunto per mio figlio faceva un rumore insopportabile in più il materasso scomodissimo si sentivano le molle…. Non potevi neanche muovere un braccio. Eravamo tre in camera e abbiamo trovato un solo paio di ciabatte. Vorrei aggiungere anche che avevamo il balcone che era oggettivamente sporco Con sedie e tavolino che sono arrugginiti e da cambiare. Abbiamo fatto presente tutto questo alla reception al momento del pagamento ma a parte le scuse ,da parte dell’impiegata , non è stato chiamato il direttore….. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più da parte loro! In un albergo quattro stelle bisogna avere molta più attenzione al dettaglio e al cliente.

Wir haben das Hotel J als Stop Over gebucht. Es liegt nahe des Juve Stadions und für uns perfekt gelegen. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Upgrade Zimmer erhalten, Danke! Bezüglich Gastronomie (Abendessen und Frühstück) hat das Hotel jedoch Verbesserungspotential deshalb nur die Note sehr gut, anstatt ausgezeichnet. Vielleicht hat es an den Covid Massnahmen gelegen. Der Parkplatz ist Nachts geschlossen und kostet 10 EUR, was sehr vernünftig war. Als Stop over würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

I was organizing a conference and my whole group stayed here. The pictures do not do it justice. It was a very clean, comfortable, charming hotel, perfect for my professional group. The location can't be beat. There were some quirks and kinks to iron out - but this is to be expected with a large group, and things happen. But most importantly, the staff and team at the hotel went above and beyond expectation to accommodate us and offer support for troubleshooting. I would rate this 6 stars for front-desk staff, the Manager Luca, the chef in the restaurant (excellent execution), and the welcoming staff (excellent service).

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung (Cafeteria), Sicherheitsprobleme sind machbar und es ist auch ein kooperativer Studentenwohnheim von drei lokalen Universitäten. Ich bin ein lokaler internationaler Student, ein anständiges Hotel, das für eine Unterkunft geeignet ist, und die Straßenbahn Nr. 4 führt direkt in die Innenstadt.

Ich reiste allein wegen Pass-Problemen. Die Unterkunft war sehr hell, sauber und modern und das Personal war wunderschön. Ich kam früh und wartete auf mein Zimmer, um bereit, schön, cool Rezeption. Ein wenig von einem Spaziergang in die Stadt, aber ich genossen es, wie ich gerne verschiedene Teile der Städte erkunden möchte.

Hotel: Frühstück war gut und Zimmer auch ganz oke. Ist eher ein kleines Zimmer, aber hat alles nötige. In unserem Zimmer war das Fenster nicht dicht und deswegen sehr kalt. Personal freundlich, aber könnte besser Auskunft geben über die Stadt. Garage mit engem Eingang. Parkplätze eher teuer. Umgebung: Eher weit weg vom Zentrum. Restaurants rundherum hat es auch nicht wirklich.
