We booked the valley suite for the view and size. The hotel had advertised baby sitting and an airport shuttle but stated this was not available. After contacting trip.com and several emails to the hotel they agreed to provide the shuttle service as my booking date was approaching and I could not cancel at this point. The driver who collected us at the airport was pleasant and professional. He was very accomodating. The check in process on arrival was smooth but uninformative of the facilities ie golf cart service, spa etc. This part of the hotel is very aged and needs maintenance. It was dirty and full of bugs all over, including in the beds. The breakfast on the first day was poor and the staff were not professional. We had to walk up a steep hill in hot weather for 10 mins to get to the breakfast room. We had to fight to change room the next day and complained. The process took a half day which wasted our time we could have spent outside, exploring the area. The hotel did make up for it. The breakfast the following days was 5 star and the service was totally different. We were given the pool access room, although smaller was clean and modern. What started as a nightmare ended well.

This is not the first time we have stayed in Novus. We love the design of their lobby. It's very cozy and elegant. It looks like they renovated their room. The room is clean, but for some reason, they don't have rug outside the washroom. This occurred in all rooms that we booked (3 rooms). When we called and asked for a rug, it took so long for them to bring one to our room. It seems that they were understaffed. Novus is just perfect for a family getaway. They have a kids club, golf court for kids, horse riding, and art activity, and you can bring your kid to feed the rabits.

Great hotel, they have warm pool for kids, spacious room, large size bed, and bathtub. Will come back for sure to this hotel.

Friendly staffs and nice place for family staycation on weekend.

The building is old but the architecture design is gold. Suka banget dengan lobby area utamanya yg cozy and earthy.. Apalagi lobby area di setiap buildingnya.. wow this is awesome. Baru kali ini nginep di hotel, yang setiap kamar (kurang lebih 20 kamar) ada di 1 bangunan dan punya lobby area sendiri.. Service nya sudah cukup baik, makanan nya mungkin agak lebih banyakin variasi agar tidak bosan. Dan tambahan youghurt mungkin akan menjadi lebih perfect. Over all Novus Giri is amazing for my family. Especially pak Heri in rabbit village, he is so friendly, mas yg pakai kacamata di pool side area and he is also incharged in Barra resto he is so helpful. Mba Erlin di Soeasana, she is so kind and friendly.. All the staffs are kind and helpful.. We love to stay here and will come back here again someday. Thank you very much

Place is great for many reasons, location is prime, rooms are so nice and luxury and more like a resort than a regular hotel. Don’t miss on the hotel’s breakfast, it is the most delicious one in the whole town. Trust me I tried lots of places and hotels and this breakfast worth it. I also wanna give a big shoutout to Tasya Aulia Romantir for being great and very helpful at the front desk!!

We had a nice stay at Novus Giri. We got fairly new rooms which are quite spacious and modern with an attached bathtub. It is a pity that the bathroom layout is a bit odd (i.e. cramped space for the toilet due to bathtub position). There was some sewer smell outside of the rooms, noticed that the whole block is affected, not sure why. The room itself is very clean and smells nice. Breakfast is okay, lots of variety. I appreciate the fresh juice selection. Rabbit village is a cute spot for kids’ activity which adults can enjoy as well. Rabbit feeding is free of charge. We received coupons for mini golf as well (1 coupon for each room) which was so much fun, highly recommended activity for families

The building structure of this hotel is very good, starting from clean and open spaces and rooms that have adequate facilities. The toilet needs to have a lock to maintain privacy, but overall hotelnya nyaman dan bikin tenang, cocok buat family trip.
