The entire home can sleep 10 people. You will have access to a shared 2 car driveway, two kitchens, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and two living areas. You can also rent out both units separately--Separate listings. NO LOCAL RENTERS PLEASE. The space Spacious and clean. Three comfy queen-size beds, a twin-size day bed and two air mattresses are available upon request. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, front porch, backyard, washer/dryer and driveway. Other things to note There is a strict NO SMOKING policy. There is also a strict NO PARTY policy. Any violations will result in a loss of the deposit and additional fines and cleaning fees.
