"Das Hotel ist sehr zentraler ein kurzer Spaziergang zu allem. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war ausgezeichnet, ich mochte die teuren frischen Blätter täglich geändert. Das Frühstücksmenü war gut und Omelette konnte bestellt werden. Das Restaurant in der Nacht war gut, aber leider waren die westlichen Menüartikel nicht in der Nacht, die wir essen."

"One earlier stay at this hotel, I found several small insects on the floor and thought nothing much of it. But this time after waking up I discovered bites on my body, in several places (arm, leg). It was apparent to me that this was the result of bed bugs. I had heard this from someone else who stayed at this hotel, but was skeptical. Now I am not. I am dismayed, as I had planned to stay for a week or longer at this hotel in the near future. When I spoke to the desk clerk about the bed bugs I suspected were the. cause of my bug bites he said he would alert ”housekeeping”. I told him I doubted that a change of bedding would suffice. Bed bugs are most often in the mattress, and likely need strong measures to take care of ridding the problem. Otherwise I find the hotel very nice, with a restaurant that will accommodate my requests to alter menu items to conform to my food preferences (vegetarian). And a room refrigerator that I can use. Staff is always very accommodating. I hope the bed bug problem can be fully resolved."

"I often stay at Aston Inn when I visit Cilacap. I like being close to the center of the city without being close to the noise and congestion that is part of the city center. I like having a restaurant in the hotel, and I appreciate the help offered me by the hotel employees. I appreciate having a refrigerator (a small one) in my hotel room. And I especially like having water available that is BPA free, located in the hall area near the rooms. It pleases me that the hotel cares about not contributing to the pollution created by plastic bottle waste. A glass container is available in the rooms to obtain cold or hot water. I plan to continue staying at Aston when I am in Cilacap."

"Eins der besten Hotels in Cilacap Die Lage ist auch großartig, weil es nicht weit von Minimarkt, Restaurants, Apotheke usw. entfernt ist. Aber Sie müssen verstehen, dass Cilacap eine kleine Stadt in Indonesien ist, so dass der Hotelstandard ist anders als in den großen Städten."

Saran saya pada hotel, utk kamar 011 ganti aja AC nya dgn yg baru Karena di perbaiki juga ga percuma kelihatan itu AC udah usang banget. Yg lainnya saya msh ok lah dgn harga murah yg sya dpt."
