Das Hotel ist strategisch gelegen, super freundlicher Service, leckeres Frühstück und viel Abwechslung. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist wirklich gut. Nächster balal staycation wieder

first time we are staying in this hotel. but, really - really nice.
verry good room and facilities and food as well.
please improve the swimming pool or you can add mini zoo. i believe most of guest bringing they are kids to staycation.

Strategic Location, all staffs are friendly and super helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is just ok but the fruit serving is so small. Overall is great, will come back whenever we visit Bandung. Thanks

Hotel does not provide handsoap for toilrt. had to ise shampoo or bath gel thats in tje shower. requested for it and tehy dekivered hiwever tje next day the cleaner threw away and did not resupplied. xje working table had no lamp it was too dark so I requested for a lanpshade whixh they provided

The location wasn't great but the Hotel is not bad. The room is clean and Hotel has a great breakfast section.I recommend this Hotel for anyone who wants to have a quick break from Jakarta life.

The room was clean, even though the bed was a little bit too soft but turned out it was comfortable that I slept very well that night. The breakfast surprisingly taste good, for me it’s definitely worth every penny! Just one thing that need to be improved, the hospitality of the staff at the restaurant should’ve been better or more friendly, but overall I will come back to stay at Mercure Nexa S. Thank you.

- The service just OK, high expectation on Accor group - but somehow not meet expectation
- Facilities OK as well, have decent pool and comfy room, good lighting and bathroom.
- Food - better get food outside in Bandung culinary rather than add breakfast.
- Travel as couple and bring car, its good location
The rest as usual is awesome. Always nice to stay at accor group.
