Akra Fethiye the Residence Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive - Adults Only

Just returned from our 3rd visit of this wonderful hotel and can honestly say it just gets better if that is at all possible. We have stayed at some of the best hotels all over the world and nothing has ever compared to this. What really sets this apart is the level of service received from all the wonderful staff who feel like old friends now.They really are a credit to the management. Would like to give a special mention to the lovely sweet Bera at the cuphea bar who works hard and always has a smile on her face and Onur at the beach bar who works tirelessly all day long. We are already counting down the days until we return in October and although we only returned yesterday our first port of call was to the travel agents to book it for next April/May. Thank you once again all the team at the residence for another fabulous holiday x

Visited The Residence for the first time in Sept 25. What can I say but wow. This hotel is fabulous. We had a standard room which was beautiful. Had all the amenities you could think of even pillow mist. Hairdryer, straighteners, beach bag the list goes on. Premium drinks in the room along with soft drinks and a draw full of snacks should you need them. Food and drinks plentiful and delicious, we couldn’t believe the choice we had. The staff are in a league of their own. Attentive, courteous and very friendly, they will bend over backwards to help you in any way they can. I have never experienced service like it. We tried all the other restaurants which you have to book and all were very nice, basilica was our favourite. Booked cabana for our wedding anniversary and were waited on hand and foot for the whole day, definitely worth the extra pennies so please book if you are celebrating a special occasion. The cabana was decorated with a couple of balloons and we received a cake and champagne which was a lovely touch. Absolutely gutted we can’t make it this year but booked for sept 26 and bringing my parents as I can see this becoming a regular fixture in their holiday plans once they have experienced it. The only tiny niggles I had was the bins in the toilets should be pedal pins so you don’t have to touch with your hands, a proper rubber bath mat for outside the shower as I slipped and badly injured my knee which had took a good 5 months to heel. Lastly during dinner service there was 2 nights out of the 14 my outlook was a pile of dirty plates which had been collected for washing but were not moved for the duration of my meal which wasn’t very appealing. Maybe somewhere to house them out of sight until they can be collected would be something to think about. Other than that superb and counting the days to our return. Please keep up the fabulous work and high standards

We have just returned from 10 nights at this amazing hotel which was our 2nd visit. We did a private transfer to the hotel through DM transfers which was again perfect. As soon as we stepped foot in the hotel we knew it was going to be another great stay. The service immediately was what we had experienced last year. A drink, chocolate and cool towel on arrival. Restaurants booked and then taken to our room. Our room this year was a penthouse. This room type was booked not out of choice but because it was the only room available when we booked. The room was lovely everything you need and quiet. We never used the balcony or jacuzzi bath as we prefer to be amongst things. We went straight down to dinner as we arrived at 9pm and that's when we knew our stay was going to be amazing. We were fortunate enough to be seated in our section and be served by the lovely lady Murvet. She made our evenings very enjoyable and made sure our red wine was topped up all the time. Cheers! We couldn't fault any member of staff but a shout out to Isik who served us most mornings and Fatma who served us some lunch times. The management through the whole hotel are always on hand and visible. All friendly and get to know you. The food in the main restaurant we found excellent. Loved most themes but also on the 2nd week ordered off the all day menu which was great to do. The drink quality we found excellent. The cocktails made perfectly throughout all the bars. Emrah takes so much pride in his cocktails in the Balcon restaurant. The waiters and waitresses through out the whole hotel were amazing too. They quickly start to remember your drink and the occasional baby guiness would appear. Berfin, Onur, Murvet to name a few. But it's hard to remember all the names but each and every member of staff at the residence and next door in the sensatori were incredible. We enjoyed the evening entertainment. Very talented artist perform here. Focus acapella were amazing and got the crowd going. Sina as good as always but we also really enjoyed the Shane Nolan show. Very funny indeed. We enjoyed the afternoon sessions also but would have liked this more often. But this year it was lovely to have some music being played at cuphea late afternoons which made to a lovely atmosphere. The dj is a very talented and nice man. We did enjoy the 4 to 6 sessions next door at the new beach bar too. The beach area we used a few times . We were wondering why the stones couldn't be cleared a bit like they have done at the liberty hotels. The pool is stunning here and not at anytime did we struggle to find sun beds. We always counted loads of beds free even when I had read there wasn't!! The bar service around the pool was great. The staff work extremely hard and always smiling and polite.
