Akra Fethiye the Residence Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive - Adults Only

Just returned from our 3rd visit of this wonderful hotel and can honestly say it just gets better if that is at all possible. We have stayed at some of the best hotels all over the world and nothing has ever compared to this. What really sets this apart is the level of service received from all the wonderful staff who feel like old friends now.They really are a credit to the management. Would like to give a special mention to the lovely sweet Bera at the cuphea bar who works hard and always has a smile on her face and Onur at the beach bar who works tirelessly all day long. We are already counting down the days until we return in October and although we only returned yesterday our first port of call was to the travel agents to book it for next April/May. Visited The Residence for the first time in Sept 25. What can I say but wow. This hotel is fabulous. We had a standard room which was beautiful. Had all the amenities you could think of even pillow mist. Hairdryer, straighteners, beach bag the list goes on. Premium drinks in the room along with soft drinks and a draw full of snacks should you need them. Food and drinks plentiful and delicious, we couldn’t believe the choice we had. The staff are in a league of their own. Attentive, courteous and very friendly, they will bend over backwards to help you in any way they can. I have never experienced service like it. We tried all the other restaurants which you have to book and all were very nice, basilica was our favourite. Booked cabana for our wedding anniversary and were waited on hand and foot for the whole day, definitely worth the extra pennies so please book if you are celebrating a special occasion. The cabana was decorated with a couple of balloons and we received a cake and champagne which was a lovely touch. Absolutely gutted we can’t make it this year but booked for sept 26 and bringing my parents as I can see this becoming a regular fixture in their holiday plans once they have experienced it. The only tiny niggles I had was the bins in the toilets should be pedal pins so you don’t have to touch with your hands, a proper rubber bath mat for outside the shower as I slipped and badly injured my knee which had took a good 5 months to heel. Lastly during dinner service there was 2 nights out of the 14 my outlook was a pile of dirty plates which had been collected for washing but were not moved for the duration of my meal which wasn’t very appealing. Maybe somewhere to house them out of sight until they can be collected would be something to think about. Other than that superb and counting the days to our return. Please keep up the fabulous work and high standards

I’ll start off by saying i’m fussy and a snob and i’m not sorry🤣 This place is just perfection. The concept is genius. Every meal including breakfast is served a la carte and the quality of food and drinks is outstanding. We had booked through Tui but booked a private transfer through DM Transfers. Our journey to the hotel was around 40 mins. On arrival we were met with a drink, checked in immediately and given a quick tour of the facilities whilst being taken to our room. The rooms are huge. We booked a standard one, glad we did as the swim ups, penthouses and villas, whilst lovely just werent worth the upgrade. Thats only because the standard room is perfect, no need for anything else in my opinion. They had everything including iron, robes, hairdryer, hair straighteners, shaving foam etc. all rooms are inward facing over the beautiful pool area. Most rooms get sun in the morning, the villas get sun in the afternoon. The pool is just stunning, its like a lagoon with lots of greenery. The sun beds have proper cushions (my new non negotiable) umbrellas and cool box with water and beer. The sunbeds are spread across different islands and areas and never feel crowded. People do reserve beds as early as pre 7am but thats just because they have a preferred spot. You will never struggle to get a bed. You are served drinks all day long by the servers who check in you constantly. You will want for nothing. Breakfast is served in the main Repertory restaurant. A la carte menu including eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, omelettes, all cooked to order…including bacon (which made me feel bad😕). You can also book turkish breakfast at Balkon. Lunch is served in Repertory or Cuphea. All fab. Dinner is served Repertory without booking or cuphea with booking. We never struggled to get a booking in cuphea. The menus are great, in Repertory they have a themed menu each night such as Turkish, Asian, French etc and if you dont fancy that the all day menu is available. We didnt have one bad meal. Everything was excellent. Cocktails for a pre dinner drink at Balkon are a MUST. the stand out mention here are the staff. Every single one of them. They just cant do enough for you. Ive felt truly spoilt throughout my stay. The hotel overall has a chilled vibe and whilst evening entertainment is available its just right, nothing too raucaus! Clientele were mainly English and i’d say couples in their 50s plus. We are 45 and 50 and met some lovely people. The slightly older age range made for a more serene experience without drunken buffoons bringing down the tone! I loved every second here and have already booked for oct 2026. I have previously visited Rixos premium belek and the food and drinks at Residence even beat that! Well done Akra! We will see you in 2026
