Akra Fethiye the Residence Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive - Adults Only

Where do I start?! Our daughter and son-in-law highly recommended we booked The all-inclusive++++ Residence for our 20th wedding anniversary holiday, and I am soooo glad we took their advice. We booked a Penthouse room for 9 nights, flying with EasyJet from Edinburgh, and we splashed out and booked a private return transfer with DM Transfers from Dalaman airport. The transfer was perfect, and more like a limousine with chilled water, tv and wi-fi to enjoy. On arrival at The Residence, we were greeted and ushered to a personal check-in with chilled facial towels, champagne and chocolates, while our luggage was discreetly whisked away to our room for us. We were walked to our room, with the young lady explaining the bars and restaurants to us. Our room was absolutely perfect (we were in 4534) overlooking the immaculately maintained pools with views out to the sea. The penthouses have a private jacuzzi on the balcony along with a double rattan sunbed, table and 2 chairs with a huge rollable parasol which is invaluable in the heat of the day! Our room had a huge bed, balloons and pillow scent and a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us along with a beautiful strawberry heart-shaped cake, as the hotel knew we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary while we were there. Apart from that amazing start, the room had its own lounge area with a jacuzzi bath, double sink vanity units, separate shower and toilet, separate dressing room and every single luxury you can imagine - Kraft paper-packaged bath hats, sewing kits, razor and shaving kits, loofah, toothbrushes, amazing scented hand wash and shower gels and body lotions, dressing gowns and slippers, yoga mats and beach bags, hair driers and hair straighteners, USB points and a UK plug point, iron & ironing board, and so much more. In the room you also had a bar area with 1/2 bottles of whisky, gin, vodka, waters and a bottle of wine, and a fully stocked fridge with water, beer, orange juice, ginger ale and milk, along with a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and pods. All this is refreshed daily, so as you finish a bottle of anything, they will just replace it the next day free of charge. Every day the maid will come in and change the towels and re-make and change the bed, refreshing any toiletries you have used. Then you'll have a visit from the bar man re-stocking your drinks, and then later in the evening while you are out enjoying cocktails and evening meal, housekeeping will return and re-make the bed and do a turn-down service, put the ambient lights on and air conditioning if the room is too warm and close the curtains and re-stock the towels. The amazing staff in the hotel make you feel you are staying in a hotel where you are truly welcome, and you are! From the reception staff to the maids to the pool staff to the restaurant and cocktail staff - without exception they are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There aren't enough words to sum up this place. We've just had the most amazing week away in absolute paradise!! Nothing is too much trouble for the fantastic staff. Special mentions to Memet who welcomed us like family, Mustafa who we saw each morning for a sumptuous breakfast and Zeki who was our personal waiter when we had candlelight dinner in a cabana on our anniversary. We hope they will be there when we come back next year We were in block 46 which had beautiful sea views, a huge bed, jacuzzi and more drink/ refreshments that you could ever get through. I've never stayed in such beautiful grounds. The lagoon pool had so much room to swim in, although there did seem to be an odd current that pulled you towards the pool bar no matter whether you were swimming or on a pool float . We tried most of the cocktails, of course. They were all delicious. We also had full use of the facilities in the hotel next door, brilliant aqua class each day and plenty to keep you entertained throughout the day and night. I've come home exhausted but so happy that this place was recommended by friends (who are still there now sending us happy pics) and can't wait to go back.

The Residence is a wonderful hotel because of the luxurious rooms, terrific facilities & amazing staff. From the incredible reception and Management, waiters,bar, cleaners and ground staff it is simply the best for friendly, helpful people to make your holiday the best possible. The pilates and Yoga instructors were also brilliant. Selman is fantastic the best pool waiter in the universe he always brought a drink with a smile & cheered us up every day. Alina from Cuphea is the most beautiful, kind & thoughtful waitress she is a real diamond. Namik is exceptional & deserves promotion to Butler.He has worked hard with his professionalism & his English. I was really impressed at how far he has came since first met him last year. The Residence would not be the same without them.❤️ Special mentions to some of the outstanding staff I remember Vasel, Hassan, Emra, Fatima, Tuna, Onur, Ofug & Mustafa. Also Michelle from TUI is so lovely, friendly and always extremely helpful. I wish I could remember the names of all the staff but it's been a few months and I should have written review earlier. I have never returned to a hotel more than twice so the fact we are returning again in May says it all. This is the best hotel for adults, its the things like the comfortable cabanas, mini bar treats, first class cocktails and tasty food with luxurious surroundings & as mentioned the best staff... it can't be beat. We would have liked a 70/80/90s disco at night maybe the Management might consider doing one each week i am sure this would be a big hit with most people. Thank you for another super holiday❣️

My friend and I have just returned from our holiday at The Residence at TUI BLUE Sensatori Akra, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! My friend is a regularly, however, this was my first visit. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations, and a big part of what made our stay so unforgettable was the exceptional staff. We stayed in one of the penthouses, and it was absolutely stunning—clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The mini bar was always well-stocked, which made for some nice, relaxing evenings. The only tiny thing I'd mention is the lack of electrical sockets in the wardrobe area and at the dressing table. It would’ve been more convenient to have them there for getting ready. But honestly, this is a minor detail compared to all the positives! A huge shoutout to the fantastic staff who made our stay extra special: Mustafa (Repatory) – such a kind, gentle, and humble young man. He really made us feel welcome. Namik (Cuphea) – so attentive and friendly! His excellent English and ability to remember our favourite drinks made us feel like VIPs. Ezra & Omer Faruk (Balkon) – hands down the best cocktail makers we’ve ever met! They were friendly, hardworking, and made each cocktail with a smile. Sinner (Cuphea Bar) – great barman. He makes the most amazing Salted Caramel Martinis, so friendly and fun too. Zina – what a voice and what a talent! The music entertainment throughout the week was absolutely amazing, and he made the evenings so much fun. Overall, our time at The Residence was absolutely fantastic. I’ll definitely be back – even if it’s just to see these lovely, familiar faces again! ❤️

This was our second stay at the Residence. We knew for our honeymoon, we needed to come back here! We stayed in a beautiful swim up room. It was huge and well equipped with a complimentary minibar and snacks that got topped up daily. Housekeeping ensured our room was clean throughout. The highlight of the room was definitely the swim up to the amazing pool. A big strength of the hotel is the pool with a brilliant swim up bar. I would like to mention Esra and Mercan behind the bar who were fantastic! They have a huge range of special cocktails as well as serving all the classics plus beer, wine and even coffee! The food at the Residence is fantastic. We eat almost entirely at the Repertory; having checked out the restaurants in the sister hotel last year.The breakfast at the Repertory features a huge range of cold and hot buffet options plus an extensive a la carte menu. The rest of the food was all a la carte with themes each night for dinner - the Turkish night was a real highlight. The service is absolutely perfect from all the waiting staff! I would like to shout out Mustapha and Mehmet who were especially friendly! I would thoroughly recommend the Residence, wish we could come back every year!

I usually wait until I return from a holiday to write a review but one day here was enough - this place is heaven on Earth. The bar staff are absolutely incredible, nothing is ever too much hassle and they are so kind and lovely. We are in the Penthouse Suite and it is stunning - they have thought of absolutely everything. Shampoo, conditioner, gel, cream, moisturiser, dental kits, sewing kits, Nespresso machine, hair dryer, straighteners, robes, slippers… the list goes on and on. The food is incredible - the A La Carte menus are so inclusive and there is everything here you could possibly need. The beach is stunning, the Cabanas are stunning. I cannot express enough how amazing this hotel is - this is 100% the first of many, MANY trips to The Residence!
