We visited hotel's restaurant on the 7th of January 2024 to have some lunch with friends. The lobby is very nice, nicely decorated for Christmas/winter time. It is not first time we have been here for a meal or drink. Staff was quite nice and fast, however, we had some reservations regarding timing of courses and size of portions. Some of us ordered soup before main course. While we appreciate that hotel gives opportunity to local students to earn some pocket money, it seems that staff is not very experienced. Our main objection was that main course arrived while we have been still eating our soups. This definitely killed our experience since the table became very crowded and food was getting cold (not mentioning that it costs close to nothing to have plates warmed before food is placed on a plate). Our second objection was the size of portions. Me and my wife ordered roasted chicken leg with rice and apricot compote. The leg looked more like from a pigeon, very small, dry, no sauce.
