It’s a simple and basic hotel but it has a modern and light interior which makes it feel just a tiny bit larger. The bed was comfortable and they have a small bar at the reception. The location is quite good - 10min walk from Saint Jean de Luz. During the day there are some services around but in the evening you need to walk across the bridge. The staff were very kind.

Liebe, haben Sie eine Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Es ist normalerweise ziemlich teuer zu parken, aber weil wir im Oktober dort waren, war es kostenlos! Sehr schöne Überraschung! Frühstück hinterließ etwas zu wünschen zum Preis. Und, das Restaurant ist eine Art von Schlag und Vermiss. Die Lage ist nicht im Zentrum der alten Stadt, sondern ist ein ziemlich vernünftiger Spaziergang.

Die Zimmer trotz etwas kleiner sind sehr sauber. Die Letter ist gut. Das Frühstück ist mit Zucker und Salz richtig. Kleiner Bemol, privater und geschlossener Parkplatz, der für alle Zimmer nicht ausreicht. Es ist jedoch sehr einfach, einen Ort in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung zu finden.

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons entre femmes nous ressourcer quelques jours à Helianthal. Nous n'avons jamais été déçues ! Depuis la rénovation de l'établissement, nous sommes complètement conquises par la qualité des installations. Les chambres et la literie sont parfaites, le spa est une vraie détente et la cerise sur la gâteau étant pour nous le restaurant (petit-déjeuner, snacking et dîner), de la qualité et la gourmandise de l'assiette (toujours avec de très bons produits locaux), au professionnalisme et à la bienveillance du personnel, nous sommes à chaque passage conquises par la douceur de cette table. Un remerciement tout particulier à Mohamed et à Alexis pour leur accueil. A l'année prochaine !

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr sympathisch und mit kleinen Pflegemitteln, besonderer Hinweis für Ahmadou! Das Frühstück ist sehr unterschiedlich zwischen Zucker und Salz, ich habe die Maschine für frisches Orangensaft geliebt, und die Baskenkochen gemacht zu Hause. Ruhig und effizient und sauber. Ich empfehle und danke dem Hotel für ihre Sympathie.

Ich bin wirklich nett überrascht. Dieses moderne saubere, geräumige Hotel ist eine hervorragende Haltestelle. In der Nähe des Autobahnnetzes, freundliches Personal, absolut brillant in jeder Hinsicht. Das Hotel ist ziemlich entfernt, aber es gibt ein paar sehr gute Restaurants in Fußgängerabstand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig brillant. Der Parkplatz ist über Nacht geschlossen und die ambletischen Parkplätze sind nahe dem Eingang. Dieses Hotel ist fantastisch für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Ich kann dieses Hotel einfach nicht brechen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, even though we only could stay just the one night. The room was excellent and we would certainly recommend it. If we pass this way again we’ll be back !
