best place buat yg transit istirahat dr perjalanan jauh. lokasi mudah ditemukan. ruangan cukup buat istirahat. kurangnya karena dipinggir jalan lintas cukup berisik dan cukup banyak suara yg masuk (obrolan orang diluar dll) dan ada insiden listrik padam kurang lebih 30 menitan. selebihnya puas sekali dengan staff hotel yg ramah serta kebersihan toilet nya oke sekalii

Das Hotel ist gemütlich. Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Tasikmalaya. Zimmer ist sauber. Personal ist freundlich. Frühstücksmenü ist bescheiden, aber der Geschmack ist ziemlich gut. Empfohlenes Hotel in Tasikmalaya zu bleiben.

So on this Eid Al-Fitr season, we went to my husband hometown in Tasikmalaya. And due to so many families coming around, we needed to book a hotel for us to stay for a couple of days. Since it was impossible for us to sleep in my in law’s house. So I started looking for a hotel last minute. And my in law said that they already booked their stay in Amaris so I thought that I’d like to book one in Amaris too. But unfortunately, only twin bed left in agoda and traveloka. So, I decided to call the hotel and ask for a room with double bed. When I said “call” I didn’t expect maximum hospitality since it’s only a 2 star hotel in a small city. But how surprised I was, that actually the staff in the reception area was so so kind. I mean really2 kind and friendly in answering my phone. And turned out they still had a room with double bed. And kept it for me while I was discussing it first with my husband of how many nights we would like to stay. And when I called them back, the other staff answered me and actually read a note which was left by the earlier staff about my reservation. And again, she answered me politely and so so kind. Again I was impressed! 🥺 Long story short, I booked the room for 3 nights during Eid Al-Fitr. By the time we get there, it was already night due to traffic because we’re from Bandung. So it was a late check in for us. But again unlike other hotel staff whom their friendliness decreasing when it’s already late, this hotel staff was so friendly and the check in process took only a minute. Since we were all tired, we wanted to sleep asap. And the staff seemed so attentive about it, and gave a smooth and fast check in and again, so so friendly. Really friendly if something really genuine you can tell from their faces. And the security was also super helpful and friendly. Though it was late. And offered us to bring our luggage to our room. Again, with friendly face and gesture 👏🏻 The room was spacious enough. Clean. No dust whatsoever. The amenities were enough for us three (my husband, my daughter, and I). And we got a room with city view. Which was also a plus. The hotel didn’t provide a phone at the room which I could totally understand reminding the star. But you can always order in room dining by messaging thru whatsapp number available. Or just simply order in the front office and they’ll gonna deliver the food to you. The price was reasonable for a hotel, so affordable. And the taste was great for a 2 star hotel 👍🏻 And the cleaning staff deserves a credit too. They were all so attentive (I mean all the staffs) so they knew that we were staying for 3 nights. And every morning around 8-9 am, they knocked our door (they didn’t have a bell) to ask what time we want our room cleaned. And they really cleaned it, super clean 👏🏻 So by the time we came back from my in law’s, our room was already clean and neat. The bed itself was quite comfy and spacious and they provided 4 pillows so wouldn’t be an issue if you’re travellin

They don't have strict regulation about the public facilites such as the operation time for table tennis sport. Some teenagers played at 11 p.m and make aloud noise so disturbed for the room number 119 which is exactly beside that place. And took more than 1 hour to overcome the problem, after called the receptionist 3 times and went to front office 2 times, really annoying to stay at that room. Got slow response from the staff and manager

Das Eigentum wurde als gut betrachtet, was die Sanitärversorgung, die Dienstleistungen, die Zimmerausstattung betrifft, und vor allem dienten sie eine gut voraussichtliche Methode, um die Lebensmittelhygiene während des Frühstücks zu erhalten, indem sie Assistenten bei der Sübermittlung der Buffetsorten für die Gäste. Die Größe des Schlafzimmers ist größer als anderes Fave Hotel in Indonesien, mit hohem Decken, luxuriösen Möbeln, sauber und gemütlich. Sehr wenige von dem Schlafzimmerfenster, ziemlich umgeben von dem Hotel (Ich war am 6. Fl.) Das rezeptionierte Gebiet ist größer und gemütlich. Viele verschiedene Lebensmittel und Getränke während des Frühstücks, hervorragende Lebensmittel und Geschmack. Ausgezeichnetes Personal, hervorragende Dienstleistungen auch. Vor kurzem blieb ich 10 Nächte im Exekutivzimmer. Sie haben nicht Schlaf geliefert, und die Tassen sind schmutzig, das Badezimmer war sehr klein, aber das Zimmer ist riesig. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war ok, aber der Geruch sind nicht gut, schlug vor, ein wenig Geruch entfernen. Die FnB Seite ist wirklich schlimmer, ich kam nur einmal zum Frühstück und will nicht mehr zum Frühstück im Restaurant, der Geschmack und Persentation schrecklich, will Kaffee im Lobby bestellen, aber niemand kann den Kaffee machen. Sie haben gutes Hotel und Zimmer, aber Ihr FnB ist wirklich Ihr großes Hauswerk ...

Wie üblich kommt Tour immer hier zu einem Ruheplatz. Nur der Klimaanlage ist nicht einmal im kleinsten Satz kalt. Der Rest Topp

Es war großartig, eine der schönsten Erfahrungen. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des öffentlichen Verkehrs. Das Frontbüro begrüßte und bot einen willkommenen Getränk. Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig. Toiletten und Haartrockner sind vorhanden. Sie haben sogar einen Minikühlschrank im Zimmer. Viele Optionen waren während der Frühstückszeit verfügbar. Ihre Küche ist offen 24/7 so ist es einfacher, Essen aus Ihrem Zimmer zu bestellen, anstatt ausgehen, sie sind schmackhaft und erschwinglich. Eines ihrer Mitarbeiter, Herr Yon, ist eine wunderbare Person. Er hat mich während meines Frühstücks gegrüßt, fragte nach dem Essen, ob sie gut sind oder ob es irgendwelche Vorschläge gibt, und wie mein Aufenthalt so weit ist. Er hat mich auch über den 8. Stock informiert und mir vorgeschlagen, dorthin zu gehen. Er hat mir auch dabei geholfen, dorthin zu kommen. Es ist Sky8, wo es eine Dachlounge und ein Schwimmbad gibt. Ich genossen meine kurze Aufenthalt dort. Danke für die warme Gastfreundschaft.
