We can't say enough about the friendly team of staff members and how accommodating they are. Whenever we needed anything, they gave us more then enough! They kept all (3) of our rooms neat and cleaned up along with the linens and towels changed over to help us stay as comfortable as a vacation could ever be.experienced! This place is a soup to nuts ⭐⭐(5)⭐⭐⭐rating! We have a free breakfast to wake up to emjoy every single morning including, milk, tea, juice, hot chocolate and coffee each and every day! We highly recommend this wonderful location to all of our family & friends!

My second stay at this hotel in the past month. I was concerned about the hotel after reading some of the reviews. I needed to stay in the Newark area. My first stay was one night but impressive. My room was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and my body felt well rested the next morning. My second stay was even better, i stayed for a few days. Now they are in the midst of a renovation. This may not be good for some travelers but it was not a major issue. Room was clean and the breakfast good and plentiful. The breakfast was not the top 10 but good clean and filling. I will stay here again and I look forward to the renovated hotel. BTW the staff is off the hook great beat staff in a while.

Since the hotel refuses, after several communications with them asking to let the public know the hotel is under MAJOR RENOVATION I wanted to share. Please be aware that this hotel is NOT in good condition and potential guests should be aware of the condition of the hotel to make an informed decision before booking.

Perfect experience! We had a king one bedroom suite. It was enormous, well-appointed and super clean. The staff was both professional and extremely. Our suite actually had 2 bathrooms! A breakfast buffet with Belgian waffles, eggs and meat was included in the price of the room. I can't recommend the Towneplace Suites any higher. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this property at 15! Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Warm greeting by the staff who made us feel very comfortable and explained all the amenities. I booked last minute and thought I was just getting a regular room with 2 double beds. Opened the door and there was a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker which . Large room with very comfortable beds and CLEAN!! We were there for my son's lacrosse tournament and they have free washer and dryers!! Yes, we used them as the fields were muddy from recent reain! Nice outdoor pool; big weber grill I wish I had known about and great breakfast. I can't wait for another tournament and I'm staying an extra day! Fantastic stay.

We arrive at the hotel late in the evening around 9:00p after a long day. The check-in staff were cordial. Things seemed ok with the room at first. After waking up in the middle of the night, turned on the light to use the bathroom, and we were greeted by roaches (two in the bathroom and one on the kitchen counter. I immediately called the front desk to tell them, and the desk clerk said the hotel was completely full, so they couldn't move us to another room. They offered a refund, but I said we have no where else to go in the middle of the night. They said come by the desk in the morning, and we will work out the refund/discount at checkout. We reluctantly and uncomfortably stayed, but kept the lights on all night, and barely slept. Very restless night. There was another sighting during the night. Then a baby bug sighted the next morning. Oh, did I mention what appeared to be black mold on the wall above the shower. We got out of there the next morning as soon as possible. When we stopped by the desk to check out, I asked about the refund promised from the night before, but they said the manager was not in and would not be there until the next day, and she would call me back. Of course she didn't call me back, so I had to call them. Then when I spoke to her, she said she didn't know about the refund I discussed with the staff. She said when they went in the room, they didn't see any roaches...so I could not get a refund. I shared that I thought the room quality was not befitting of a Marriott Brand property in cleanliness or customer service (I stay at Marriott hotels all the time). I expressed how disappointed I was, with her customer service, and our hotel stay, but it did not seem to matter. There are many other brands out there to choose from. Don't Stay Here. But if for some reason you have to, keep the lights on, and take photos of any sightings, or they won't believe you.

The check-in process was seamless and Suma was very professional and helpful. The hotel is a little older and the carpet and ceilings in the hallways could use a little TLC. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It served our purpose just fine. I would give it a higher rating if the interior was updated but, overall it was a very nice stay. One additional comment - there is no sign directing you into the parking area/entrance for the hotel. The hotel is located next door to a Bob Evans restaurant and the two buildings share an entrance and exit.

Don’t have a bad thing to say about our stay. It was an overnight stay on our way to a final vacation destination. It turned out to be nicer than our vacation property. Our suite was roomy,spotless and very comfortable. It had any supplies we needed and conveniently located near great restaurants. The pool was a bonus. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, got and lots of choices. We had a great stay.

Facility was well maintained an in process of a renovation. We were lucky that our neighbors were respectful as the light and sound traveled under the door from the adjoining room....which we did not request. Would return but would be sure to request no adjoining room. Breakfst offerings were reasonable but very limited coffee and creamer selection. Type the specific address into your GPS...do not use the link on Marriott's Website you will not land at the hotel and will be 5 minutes away from the hotel. Front desk attendant help us with this after we circled around locating it.
