Premier Inn Chorley North

Huw went thup north ta si mi mates and stayed at Charley Prem inn. When I geeten thee’re I war met wi a reet lovely smile from lass on ta desk. During mi stay up ther’re it war mi birthdi and wen I geeta back ta room like there war a box of chocs and a wee bottle a beer. I thewt that war lovely touch. I add breaky marnin afta and must say its the best Eva. Thanks ta awl staff up thee’re in Lanasha

We stayed for 2 nights at the Premier Inn in Chorley while we visited family in the area. We as family really enjoyed our stay and we have said this was the best one we have stayed in. Their is a pub next door and thought it would be noisy but it wasn't and we had the window open. The food was perfect both breakfast at the hotel and at the pub. We went for a walk along the canal and managed to see some long canal boats and was very pleasant. Free parking outside the hotel with plenty of spaces.

Poor check in took over 20 minutes. Receptionist confused about how many rooms we booked due to other guests with the same surname despite repeated attemts to explain. Room too hot and difficult to adjust the temperature. Very little sleep due to noise with window open.

Had a fantastic weekend at Chorley Premier inn. Staff really caring and attentive from entering to leaving nothing was any trouble. We had breakfast on Saturday and it was amazing - best premier breakfast we have had - hats off to the guy cooking it really made our day.

Great location, clean room, breakfast room in main hotel (didn't have but nice room). Found it quiet & peaceful in my room although the hotel was busy as it was the weekend. I very much enjoyed the Malthouse restaurant located next door, all though a little expensive for a pub. Would like to say thank you to Karen on Reception for her kind assistance with my initial room booking. But I found all the staff both in the hotel and restaurant very helpful and friendly. I will look forward to certainly returning again.

Thank you to the best Premier Inn staff I have ever encountered. You are all absolutely fantastic, and went above and beyond to support me during my stay. I booked a short stay at Chorley due to family sickness in January, and eventually needed to extend my time there several times. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic at helping me with this. Nothing was too much trouble for them - and they were always, always so kind and friendly. The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing at cheering me up, providing helpful suggestions for services and generally being all-round fabulous people. And absolutely every other member of staff I encountered was lovely too. At a very, very difficult time Premier Inn became my sanctuary - and the staff were my saviours. Thank you to you all, especially: Denise, Tina. Kirsty, Helen, Karen, Marty, Becky, Peter, Janine, Lauren. Julie and Ilona. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
