Die Gästezimmer werden rechtzeitig gereinigt, die Gegenstände werden ordentlich geordnet und auf die Bedürfnisse wird schnell reagiert. Bitte bereiten Sie nachts zusätzliche Badetücher vor, diese werden in wenigen Minuten geliefert. Beim Verlassen des Ladens half das Personal beim Tragen des Gepäcks und verteilte Souvenirs, was sorgfältig und sorgfältig vorging. Ich fühle mich wirklich „zu Hause“ und werde diesen Ort als meine erste Wahl für zukünftige Reisen wählen!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch, da sich die U-Bahn direkt im Erdgeschoss befindet. Der Kellner an der Rezeption war sehr geduldig und enthusiastisch. Das Zimmer wurde kostenlos modernisiert und die Umgebung war sauber und ordentlich. Wenn wir Fragen haben, helfen sie uns schnellstmöglich bei der Lösung und empfehlen uns auch leckere Hot Pot-Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ich werde bei meiner nächsten Reise wieder hier übernachten!

We've booked a loft for 5 nights but decided to cancel after a 1-night stay. The first room on the 35th floor was filled with a bad cigarette smell upon checking in, but they changed the room immediately, which was on the 32nd floor, which was okay. But the bathroom emits umpleasant wet damp smells, which are on the mezzanine floor near to the bed. We cancelled the booking after 1 night & and booked a different hotel. This hotel was located in a high-rise commercial building in Chaotianmen directly opposite Raffles Place, which was shared with Iseya, Indition & a few other local hotel brands. You will need to switch lift to get to the ground level. The wait time for lift during my 1 night stay was ok. We are particular about cleanliness, and this place does not meet our expectations of cleanliness, but to be fair, we have to offset our expectations with the price we are paying. Or shall we? On the positive side, since it's on a high floor, the view was very beautiful. The service from a bespectacled young lady receptionist was superb, attentive & responsive. Dear owner, please note that all my stars go to her. If you're looking for a full amenities from a hotel, you may skip this one. But if you are booking in as a group of friends, this may be suitable. The loft is large & spacious. Will I book again as a couple? Nope. But I will if I'm visiting as a group of friends. It's value for money service apartment & it's a very convenient location.

It’s a given that the location is good since we picked it based on the location. When we were booking the hotel, we were puzzled since there were numerous hotels offering similar views. Turns out it’s because there are a number of hotels in the same building. Hotel is right opposite Raffles City Mall and subway station is next door. While we didn’t take the subway, it’s convenient to get a car to get around. I think the most commendable part of this hotel is the customer service. I didn’t get the names of all the staff but the service is great across the board. To name a few I only have the names of 小左and小赵。 All of them have been incredibly helpful. We had faced some challenges and they had kindly went above and beyond to help us which was much appreciated. We also had a fair amount of luggage, they kindly helped us bring it to the room as well as lobby. The cleaning lady is friendly and helpful as well.

Superb location, nice view. clean hotel. Value for money, will come back again. Great service too!

こちらの部屋にアップグレードして下さりありがとうございました。大変素晴らしい眺望で、Xに投稿した所、11万viewを記録しました。 部屋は良かったですが、ロフトのシャワールームの扉が閉まらないのはは修理が必要です。 また、ハンガーのピンチが壊れていました。交換必要です。 Tripの表示がわかりにくい。 ホテルはホテルが複数入っている雑居ビルの中にあること、その21階の1室がフロントになっていると書いた方が良い。
