The rooms is very clean. Front desk are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is good. Location excellent. Surrounding with eateries and shopping mall. Walking distance to the 人民解放碑。 LRT are right in front of hotel. Hotel prepared a light snack and coffee, Chinese tea from morning 7a.m untill the afternoon.

I had a delightful stay in City Cloud S Hotel. Firstly, location is great in the heart of the Jiefangbei district just above an eating street. The hotel interior was nicely renovated and clean, room was spacious and of good quality with a unique and pretty view through the window. The bed was comfortable with a warm blanket, toilet was clean, and there was hot water and good water pressure. Air con was cool and nice, and we enjoyed using the television and movie browsing programme. Even though my daughter was on a wheelchair, the hotel was very hospitable and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs by arranging for a room for us near the lift (there's a direct lift to the ground floor). They also lent us a tall plastic stool which was perfect for her to sit down while showering. The hotel reception (contactable via WeChat) was also responsive and helpful whenever we had any issues eg with learning how to operate the television. Chongqing was blazing hot during our visit in August, but the comfortable stay in the hotel made it memorable!

Never regret to stay in this hotel!!! So clean so convenient so helpful. Is just a stone walk near those famous food street.. a lot of steam boat, souvenirs surrounded. The hotel design was good and clean. The staffs was helpful and friendly. And the price was reasonable to us. I will highly recommended and will , sure will, come back again

The room staying experience was nicer than I thought. Since it was located in the middle of the famous street, I thought it would be smaller but it was quite comfortable. Staff did give me right information I needed but wasn’t really kind. Also, there was a spare area where every windows are facing which was not good at all because there was no sound insulation, and the room could be seen to other guests. Last of all, the toilet was smelled bad but I got used to it, so it didn’t matter a lot. Overall, with this expense, it was a fine hotel in light of the location. However, the hotel was located at 7-8th floor of the building, and the elevator was full of people going to each floor, so that it was little inconvenient.

The toilet had a bad smell, other than this all good.

入住這家酒店真是一次非常愉快的體驗。酒店位置絕佳，出行方便。房間乾淨衞生，每天都有客房打掃，樓下就是八一小吃街，附近也有多好吃的十分符合美食黨的需求， 酒店的服務也是超棒的，主動提供服務，酒店位置位於市中心，交通很方便，離地鐵站也很近，乘坐地鐵或打車到各景區都很方便，樓下右轉就是解放碑了。強烈推薦這家酒 !

這家酒店特別棒，地理位置優越，硬件設施齊全，服務人員熱情友好，覺得很滿意。從地鐵口出來走幾分鐘就到了，離洪崖洞、人民解放紀念碑很近，走路就可以了。這家酒店的住宿環境舒適，客房整潔、設施齊全、氣氛宜人。這家酒店小張服務熱情，耐心細心，給我留下了極深的印象，設施各種設施齊全，空調熱水都很給力，衞生非常乾淨，裝修風格很現代，舒適，拍照也很好看

這是家新開的酒店，設施啥都是新的，房間衞生乾淨，服務也非常的周到，交通很方便，就挨着八一好吃街，離十八梯、解放碑、八一廣場、洪崖洞、朝天門都很近，附近吃的也特別的多，到重慶耍是非常好的選擇。前台服務態度超級好非常熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，推薦推薦

特別滿意，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員也很熱情，盡職盡責！酒店位於市中心，位置優越，交通便利，位置很好很繁華，出行很方便，樓下就是解放碑步行兩三分鐘就是輕軌公交站去各個景點都非常方便，交通很便利。前台有個小張的服務特別好，很滿意的一次入住體驗。

服務：前台服務態度良好，酒店大堂有自助咖啡和自助茶飲，退房前半小時及時電話溝通是否續住 環境：環境很好，但是房間分佈有點迷（）入住第一天找房間着實花了點功夫，酒店房間是不帶對外窗户的，但是其餘房型有室內景觀窗（雖然但是在重慶這麼熱的天裏也沒必要帶窗户）且房間內裝有新風系統，空氣很流暢 衞生：相當好，完全沒問題，無腦沖
