Elser's Bed and Breakfast

Firstly , the apartment is being rented for $2000 a month and it’s not worth it . Inclusive of the $2000 is water, cable and WiFi . Her water does not come from our local water provider ,it comes from a truck and it’s being stored under the building and the tank is extra dirty , so the water ofcourse is dirty . The building is also left more than 5 consecutive days with no water at a time . The cable does not work . The pool was inactive for 3 months , no water, nothing . And no explanation from ELSA . Only time you’re able to get through with her , is at the end of the month , cause she wants to collect the next months rent. The most absurd thing is her electricity bill, she’s stealing from her tenants , creating her own electricity bill . Charging way more than the electricity provider . When confronted about it , her response was you can leave if you have a problem with it . I have included screenshots and it is not in my lawyers hands. I also heard her threatening a family with a kid , that she will have her boys beat them up , just cause they called her out on all what she’s doing . Very unprofessional! The place is run down as well . The screenshots will show you . All in all , do not stay there if you want leave of mind ! Also , she is accused of keeping her clients damage deposit, because she refuses to answer her phone when she knows that they’re leaving . This is the most stressed I have been on vacation!
