"I stayed here for one night in September. It is one of the hotels in Tokyu Resort, and the hot spring is in a separate building. It is a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel, but there is also a shuttle bus service available, so you don't have to worry about bad weather or cold days. The hotel was built many years ago, and although the facilities are old, they are well maintained and there are no particular inconveniences or concerns. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had a French course for dinner. Everything looked and tasted wonderful. I was concerned about the water glasses used in the restaurant and asked the staff about it. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a choice of Western or Japanese set meals. I chose the Japanese set meal, and there was a sufficient amount and variety of side dishes. I would like to visit this hotel again next time."

"Ich lebe im Anhang, aber ehrlich gesagt bin ich enttäuscht. Als ich die Klimaanlage öffnete, verbreitete sich der seltsame Geruch und der Staub in dem ganzen Zimmer, als ich mich ins Haus haltte, wie die Abbildung zeigte, die Rückseite der Ausfahrt war voller Staub und nicht verwendet. Selbst wenn Sie den Luftreiniger verwenden wollen, sind die Batterien des Fernbedieners ausgeschöpft. Auch wenn ich dem Rezeptor gesagt habe und keine Entschuldigungen gab, muss ich mehr als zehn Minuten warten, bis ich die Batterien des Fernbedieners finde, wie alle anderen. Ich konnte die Klimaanlage nicht berühren, also habe ich sie aufgefordert, zu klären und am Ende gesagt, "Bitte schreiben Sie auf dem Etikett". Außerdem war es sehr kalt, ich konnte nicht schlafen, auch wenn ich die Schüssel gebeten habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich noch nicht bereit bin. Ich habe mich ein paar Mal gefragt, schließlich habe ich die Mission mitgebracht, aber die Briefe sind von Anfang bis Ende sehr schwach und ich bin nicht ehrlich. Ich freue mich auf eine Familienreise, aber die Einrichtungen und der Kundenservice sind sehr schlecht, dies ist eine sehr enttäuschende Unterkunft."

"Reasonably priced, 8,800 yen including two meals. It's not exactly frugal, but the meals are a set course and they serve hot food. The rooms are clean, and there are no trash cans, so you have to take your trash home with you. Above all, it's great that you can use the hot springs 24 hours a day. Make sure to listen carefully to the instructions on how to use the bath. 😆 Amenities include bath towels, which are 300 yen to rent, and face towels and toothbrushes, which you can request and check if they're free. Is it worth it for that price? The owner is friendly."

I was surprised that there was no air conditioning in the room even though it was summer, but it was really cool and I slept comfortably. The room had an antique feel and the lighting was cute, and the massage chair in the shared bath was very comfortable. It's a fond memory. Thank you."
