Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted with the Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms on this level share a full bathroom with a convenient stackable washer/dryer. Railroad tracks behind the house- active trains from time to time. The pool is 12 ft by 20 ft . . Policies - All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement. - Minimum age of 30 years old to rent. - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Maximum car parking- 4 - No smoking - Approved Pets only- 1 dog allowed (40lb max) - Events, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited - Additional fees and taxes may apply . Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am Michigan time. No smoking at any time inside the house. If smoking outside please dispose of butts appropriately to avoid clean up fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am Michigan time (EST). Please respect our neighbors. Please do not exceed the number of guests or cars allowed at the property to avoid fines by the local township. Please follow instructions for check out located in the binder. Please check out promptly at 10:00 am so that the housekeepers can get the house ready for the next guest. Please report any damages to Aqua Vacation Rentals immediately.
