Ambiente und Service sind einfach klasse, da gibt es nichts zu meckern! Egal, ob ich an der Rezeption vorbeikam oder die Putzfrau im Treppenhaus traf, sie war sehr proaktiv und enthusiastisch und fragte, ob ich Hilfe brauchte. Es gab mir wirklich das Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen. Ich hatte etwas Dringendes zu erledigen und kontaktierte die Dame, um zu fragen, ob ich meinen Check-out auf 15 Uhr verschieben könnte. Die Rezeption hat es für mich auf 16 Uhr verschoben. Ich war so gerührt! Wenn ich im Juni wieder nach Chifeng komme, werde ich mich immer noch für einen Aufenthalt im Atour Hotel entscheiden. Den Tee im Zimmer finde ich übrigens köstlich.
